Many of the positive reviews have not reached completion. After the original offer there was a significant price drop. We decided to go ahead anyway. Then the survey revealed a few minor problems and on the day we were meant to complete did another significant price drop. The offer was almost half of what my Dad paid 3 years ago, despite during work on the property.

After I rejected the offer they used immoral, high pressure sales tactics to try and convince me to continue. They said the problems were significant and I would struggle to sell on the open market.

I accept a reduced offer for an easy sale. What is immoral is repeated significant price drops, bringing the property to half of what was paid for it 3 years ago, followed by high pressure sales tactics.

Quick decision and very communicative

The customer service was top notch Greg Person from the team was outstanding the communication was excellent right from the start the whole process was explained simply they even arranged a solicitor to handle the conveyancing for me at no cost to myself I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Greg and the team to anyone

Early stages of the sale process, so far I have been extremely impressed by the efficency & professionism of all the WBAH I have had contact with, communication is 1st class.

On a practical level: my apartment was valued by estate agents at around £240k; initial offer was £191k; reduced offer two weeks later at £90k.

On an operational level: there seemed to be a disconnect between the first people who took the call to the next line of staff who dealt with the sale - sales and information I’d passed on to Chris (who took my call) hadn’t been passed on the team as he’d said they would be.

When asking for a valuation you’ll be sent an agreement to sign which says that if you want to pull out after a valuation has been given, then you’ll pay them £950 if the valuation stays the same. Pay nothing to pull out if the valuation changes.

Aleks and Greg were both decent, and at the end of the day their hands are tied by how the underwriters guide them.

We Buy Any Home may do just that, but in my experience I join the very many people on here who have had significantly reduced offers.

Also, anyone engaging with them is incentivised to write a review with a £25 Amazon voucher, so bear that in mind too when reading others.

Strung along until the last possible moment, only to be low balled after a very dodgy survey. Avoid at all costs.

Big con offered on price and the try offer lot less rubbish ppl dont waste your time with them

Efficient and knowledgeable

We are early in the process, but so far everybody has been delightful on the phone, and the form filling/information providing was clearly explained and easy enough to do. The way ahead has been laid out in an understandable way.

Awful company, DO NOT USE.

I enquired about selling my property with them a couple of weeks ago they offered 45k I accepted they then inspected the house and made an offer of 17.5k I obviously declined!

They then come back with another offer of 33k an a completion within 7 days guaranteed! Today is the 7th day and they have not completed! The correspondence is absolutely shocking it’s all false promises! It’s got to the point I can’t even talk with them on the phone I’ve had to make sure it’s all via email because of the lies!
Tom is the biggest liar of them all! Chelsea doesn’t know what she’s doing either! And I’m now stuck in the dark with them not completing my property as promised they even lock the land registry on your property before they have paid! And before they reply with an excuse I have every email for proof of correspondence!
I’m left with no choice but to go to the ombudsman and news with what’s going on!
Make sure you avoid! I will be showing the proof of how bad they are all over my social media because this is totally immoral and unacceptable!

From the first initial conversation with Chris the whole experience was so easy. My sale was on behalf of my elderly parents who had let the property fall into disrepair but although this was taken into account we buy any home were extremely fair with their offer.
Rosie, Phoebe and Chelsea made everything so simple to understand and talked me through every step in the process. I had contacts at all times when i had questions and if my contact wasnt available, someone else was. Very professional l. I would definitely recommend this service.

Couple of hiccups along the way. Surveyor found some unexpected water damage in the loft that were previously overlooked. So the price was less than I thought. But the revised price was over what I allowed for and the sale went through without any issues. This company didn’t use the unscrupulous practice of “chipping “ at the last minute which certain companies do
