WeCreat is always great to work with

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company and feel obligated to share it so other customers are aware before making a purchase. From the very beginning, the machine I received was defective, and despite following every step requested, the issues were never resolved.

What has made this situation even more stressful is the endless email exchanges with support. There is no option for a video call, no real-time assistance, and absolutely no technical support beyond slow email replies—which only added frustration on top of an already stressful experience.

After weeks of back-and-forth messages, the only “solutions” offered required additional payments from me, including a 12% restocking fee and an extra charge for packaging—meaning I would need to pay over $300 just to return a faulty product. This is completely unacceptable and unfair, especially considering that the equipment has not functioned properly since day one.

The entire process has been exhausting, stressful, and far from what I expected when investing in professional equipment. I will also be posting photos of the issues publicly so other buyers can clearly see the unresolved problems I encountered.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before making a purchase.

Excellent construction, easy to set up and start using. I do about 80% cutting and 20% engraving and I admire the consistency the laser has. Dial in the speed, power and how many passes and you can cut all day without having to cut loose stragglers along the way.
I did find some room for improvement as a couple of items I found were somewhat “under-powered” for this machine.
1) I added a new Air Assist pump. I had one that came with my 20W VEVOR Laser which is adjustable. This helped with the scorching and lightens the burned edges somewhat.
2) the air purifier failed a couple of times before I moved my unit to the window, added a computer exhaust fan to the end of the hose and it works like a champ, no more gagging on smoke!
These are minor compared to the flexibility, upgrade-ability and speed of this laser,
I have just purchased my Xmas gift, a 2W IR laser to supplement the 40W diode and it will allow me to scan in COLOR! I can’t wait to put this through its paces and I promise I’ll let you know about the IR laser head from unboxing to use with wood, stone and metal using the rotary attachment.
I’m currently using the extended, automatic feed to create Viking swords for friends and family and they look great!
Since I got my WeCreat 40W laser, I keep finding uses for it and spend the late night browsing Etsy for laser cut files. I admit it, I’m addicted and this isn’t my first laser, it’s’ my third, a LaserPecker 5W, VEVOR 20W and my new baby the 40W from WeCreat.
I cannot recommend this piece of quality equipment enough as it has changed how I work in my shop for the better. If you’re considering adding a new piece of equipment to your shop, you need to take a look at the WeCreat line of lasers and I’m certain you’ll find one to increase your productivity.

Customer service was amazing! Sadly it was user error which is usually the case lol but they’re always helpful, responsive and extremely friendly and understanding. I truly appreciate everything they do for us!

When my laser head decided to start smoking we called customer service to buy a new one. The saw it was still under warranty and sent us a new one out. I was very surprised at how friendly and efficient they are.

Website was easy to use once you figured out how to select what your wanting to see. Machine is awesome! Easy set up & instructions. I which there was a materials list (that lists all 300+ materials) that was printable for the 45W and one for the 2W IR. I have.looked every where but have not found one. We highly recommend! I'm just now getting into laser cutting & engraving. I have made a couple projects already that turned out awesome! The only thing I would like to see changed as of today is the crumb tray handle needs to be longer for easier removal.

First, your question doesn’t make sense. My “experience “ will be ongoing with my Lumos. Secondly, I’m NOT impressed with the customer service or the lack of manuals to help me navigate the equipment.

From order to delivery, extremely fast. Tech problem with first use was answered quickly by support staff. Email requesting free gift was immediately answered, followed up, and the free product was sent.

Excellent product. Very impressed with the machine. It was packed extremely well which was a nice surprise.

While my initial order was damaged in shipping, WeCreat went out of their way and not only replaced my damaged product but upgraded my order. Truly a way to earn a customer for life.

I was apprehensive about ordering the Lumos, not everyone on the internet is honest. My unit arrived in 3 days and was wonderfully packaged. It was ready to be used within minutes of opening the box. It works as advertised. The opening guide went by pretty quickly for me, as I am not the most tech savvy. Playing with everything got me up and running and doing what I want. I continue to learn and keep getting better results. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
