Felt very welcome, considering had no idea what I wanted, Caitlin made us feel very welcome and at ease which let to finding the perfect dress! Couldn’t recommend any more! Overall experience was amazing! Thankyou to everyone who helped assist us.

I recently visited the WED2B store in Brighton, and while the majority of the team were absolutely lovely and helpful, the entire experience was completely ruined by one particular lady.

At the very beginning of the visit, I politely explained that I was only looking today and wasn't ready to purchase yet because my bridal party wasn't with me. As soon as I said this, her entire attitude shifted. She made it entirely obvious that she simply couldn't be bothered to work if she wasn't getting an immediate sale.

Throughout my time there, she repeatedly rolled her eyes at me. Worse than that, she was incredibly rough and aggressive—literally throwing the heavy wedding dresses into the changing room and slamming the curtain shut multiple times. It felt deeply hostile, unprofessional, and entirely uncalled for.

The rest of the staff noticed the tension and were very sweet, trying their best to salvage the appointment, but the damage was already done. Wedding dress shopping is supposed to be an exciting milestone, but I left the store feeling completely deflated, judged, and deeply upset. I really hope management addresses this individual’s behavior, as no bride-to-be should be made to feel like an inconvenience.

What a wonderful experience I had at Wed2b, and I walked away with the most beautiful dress. Caitlin was brilliant! She asked about my venue, my style, and what types of dresses I’d tried on before. She didn’t need to see any photos. The 2nd dress she pulled out was the one. She absolutely smashed it. The team are so lovely, and made me feel so special. A moment I’ll never forget when I said yes to the dress! Thank you so much for a beautiful experience. If you haven’t found ‘the one’ yet, get yourself to Wed2b Brighton.

The staff as you walked in are welcoming, I was really nervous and that put me at ease! They explained how it works and that you are out in a queue but you are able to look around the shop at the dresses and we went and came back - you get an email and text message with a link so you can see where you are in the queue and make your way to the shop (you get 15 mins).
My consultant was Liv and she was FANTASTIC. So lovely and picked beautiful dresses for me to try. She is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what she does! I walked away with my dress incredibly happy :)

I had an incredible experience at Wed2be Brighton for two reasons in particular. The first was the wide range and styles available in store to take away the same day. The second and more important was the Bridal consultant Grace, who was so professional, knowledgeable and empathetic from start to finish. I went in with the opinion that I wouldn’t find a dress that would look right on me due to my 6ft frame and left with the dress of my dreams that makes me feel like the beautiful bride I always wanted to be. She reassured me straight away and made sure she asked all the right questions to get me my dream dress. Showing me all my options and alternatives. There was never any pressure only patience and a genuine desire to ensure I left with exactly what I wanted. The fact that I left that same day , and first attempt at wedding dress shopping took away so much of the stress I thought I was going to experience, I can’t thank her enough or recommend Wed2be Brighton highly enough. I’m sorry it’s taken so long to write this review ! Thank you again Grace you’re a star.

I went to the Brighton Branch and was attended to by Elsa. Customer service was amazing and my small entourage and I had a fantastic morning. I found the dress straight away and Elsa was excellent at contacting another branch to get my size. Now just waiting a message to collect. Would definitely recommend Wed2B!

Grace was very helpful and good at recommending different styles. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rushing. Particularly being an older bride I was made to feel very at ease. If I were to make one change it would have been nice to look at the range myself of dresses available, I wish I had asked to do that, however the dress is beautiful and a good option for my body shape. Thank you Grace for your patience.

I had such a great experience at Wed2B Brighton thanks to Isobel and Grace. When I first visited with my friends, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Although I chose and paid for my dress that day, I later realised I couldn't stop thinking about another dress that was very similar but had a few details I preferred.

A few days later, I returned to the store feeling worried that I'm being a bother, but they helped me try both dresses on again and made changing my order quick, easy, and completely stress free. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their support really helped me feel confident in my final decision!

What fun! and Grace was such a helpful lovely girl who found The One by the second dress, but we tried a few more just to be sure! My entourage and I were made to feel relaxed, unrushed and we had a wonderful afternoon. Very happy n excited 👏👍 thanks so much

So was my first wedding dress experience and honestly what a lovely experience it was. I had the lovely Isabelle help me at the Brighton store and tried on about 5 dresses in total and found the one! I never felt rushed and felt very comfortable. I did get there nice and early as you can’t book and I heard they do get quite busy. Was the only one there and felt very looked after. Thank you for making my experience so special.

Elsa was absolutely fantastic helping me try different styles and recommending what would suit me, she accommodated my family and made me feel so comfortable in a stressful situation! The shop itself is a nice calm relaxed atmosphere, all the staff and friendly and helpful. Really positive and fast experience, would 100% recommend to any bride to be 💗

We were helped by Cindy from the Brighton store and she was honestly lovely. She knew exactly what I wanted and was happy to get dresses and accessories. I initially felt nervous and body conscious but that quickly faded and I found my dream dress. I honestly love it so so much. It fits perfectly and looks so much more expressive that it is. Lovely dresses in store and Cindy was amazing!

Fantastic experience at the Brighton Marina store! This was my second appointment choosing my dress, and both times Elsa was absolutely amazing. I found the dress I truly love and now I can’t wait to wear it! Only one month to go! So excited 🤍

Went to the Brighton store and Grace was amazing. I honestly thought I was going to go home empty handed. Grace listened to what I wanted and was very patient when I couldn’t articulate what it was I was looking for properly. She brought out the dress, not something i was looking at but it was the one I went home with. Plus some little extras to make it all that more special. Grace was absolutely brilliant! I couldn’t recommend her enough🥰 she was so down to earth, answered all of my questions and was so patient and kind! Definitely did not get enough credit from her management team, she deserves an award! She was amazing!!
