Such a lovely experience at the wed2b shop in Chelmsford, Essex. All the ladies were so lovely and made me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door! They were knowledgable and were able to guide me in what style looked best for me! The only thing I will say is that there were quite a few added extras that I wasn’t expecting such as a dress bag, box, hanger etc. which of course added more to the total. I purchased what I thought I needed but that would not put me off recommending the shop to other brides! I purchased my dress and I can’t wait to wear it 😊

Marissa was excellent and managed to pick out the exact dress for me. Would really recommend ☺️

Staff super friendly as soon as walk in. Made me feel at ease straight away. Helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to say yes to the dress.

I came to the wed2b shop in Chelmsford yesterday with my matron of honour. I was so nervous and worried about what the experience would be like but I didn't need to worry at all. Every lady in the store made me feel important and listened to, from the moment I stepped through the door until I stepped back out again. Not only did they find me my absolute dream dress from just a few details, but their attention to detail and the way they listened to me was incredible. Never have I been made to feel like a princess and beautiful like these ladies did. Big big thank you to Mimi and Alana for helping me find my dream look and to all the other ladies that made me feel just as beautiful. It didn't feel like store staff, felt more like family. Thank you all so so much. Will recommend you to anyone I can ❤️❤️

I could not fault the experience we had today visiting the shop! From the first moment we walked in myself, my mum and my sister-in-law were made to feel so welcome by all the girls!
The shop itself is absolutely stunning with so many choices I just knew this was the place to find my dream dress!

A massive thank you to Hannah who helped with every part of finding the perfect wedding dress for me, she was so kind and instantly put me at ease. I went in not really knowing what style I would like and had a few insecurities about how certain dresses would look but Hannah knew exactly what would work for me, nothing was too much trouble, she spent so much time making sure that I was comfortable throughout and by the end I felt like a real life princess!
The whole experience was everything and more that what I could’ve ever hoped for!

Nice store and convenient that you can just turn up without needing a fixed appointment. The staff were friendly at first. However, when it came time to pay, the staff member’s attitude changed after we said we didn’t want to purchase an undergarment costing nearly £200. She went from being very friendly to quite rude.

We were told they would organise the dress for us, but it was simply handed over in a fabric bag. We weren’t asked or informed of any additional charges, yet later realised we had been charged almost £50 for the hanger and bag. This only became apparent after we had left the store, which left us feeling misled and taken advantage of. Wouldn’t recommend.

From swift replies via email and amazing staff in store, I found my dress!! Everyone was helpful, friendly, kind and honest. Thank you to you all.

The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped into the store till the moment we left. They made me feel like I was there friend rather then just someone trying on dresses, it was lovely to feel so comfortable and getting there honest opinions.

From the moment I walked in until my departure, the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I was able to discuss my wishes and try on different dress. They have a huge range of chooses and styles. In the end the whole experience was wonderful.

Being an older (and plus size) bride I was anxious I would be treated differently, and I couldn't be more wrong. Angel was amazing, within a couple of try on's she grasped what thought would suit me and we ran with it, resulting in her picking out my perfect dress.
I was speechless, I had so much fun with Angel and must say thanks to Ella as well for input.

I had a great experience at the Chelmsford branch, I tried on lots of dresses with the wonderfully patient stylist Angel!

I had a big group of friends and family, the store was very accommodating.

Walked away with a dress that Angel picked based on my previous dresses I had tried on, can’t wait to wear next year for my wedding!

Tilly, you were absolutely amazing! A perfect dress choosing eye, and definitely an asset to the team.. Nothing was too much hassle, you made me feel so so comfortable and your ability to analyse how I felt and help me understand what I was looking for lead me to my perfect dress! One of which I had not highlighted myself.. I am so so elated with the whole experience, all staff are absolutely incredible and they have a beautiful range of dresses to suit everyone!

Fantastic experience buying my wedding dress Wed2be in Chelmsford. Angel was amazing. I tried on lots of different styles and she helped narrow down my choices. Highly recommend for great prices and customer service.
