Staff very helpful. Vry plesased with the Bridesmaid's dress. Paid extra for 8 week turn around to receive dress in time for Wedding. Deadline not met. Took another 1.5 weeks. Did receive refund for fast delivery but it did make it difficult to get dress altered in time for Wedding.

Had such a lovely warm welcoming experience at wed2b Chesham today! My nerves were settled straight away. They really take the time to listen to what you want in a dress and come out with the top dresses to fit! Im beyond happy with the dress I found, and would recommend the lovely ladies at Chesham again again!

The chesham store. Where do i begin? I had a nightmare experience with a purchase elsewhere, after spending a massive amount of money with only 4 week before my wedding i hated the dress. In a panic and last ditch attempt to find 'the one' and with no appointment i stumbled across Wed2b. From the moment I walked in and explained my horror story the team set to work to find me a dress. The training they must receive deserves a mention, with the care and reassurance they provided was unreal. I had put so much pressure on my situation, but they were calm and considered in their approach. The gowns were all beautiful, the changing rooms, huge with lots of room to manoeuvre. I wish I had found Chesham weeks before and would recommend them over and over. Needless to say I eventually found 'the one' and I'm in love. Few alterations needed but im back on track for my wedding! Thank you to all involved 🙏

The ladies where really helpful to hear what I wanted. Listened to me but also gave great advice. Really friendly and over all a brilliant experience.

I visited the Chesham branch at 10am on Friday 8th May, right as they opened, and although I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names, the two ladies working that morning were absolutely exceptional.

They were so patient, kind, and supportive throughout the entire appointment, and they genuinely made the experience feel calm, personal, and exciting. I went in not expecting to find my dream dress that day, but I left having found it.

They really went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for how they looked after me. They deserve so much recognition for the way they made the experience so special.

Kyann was absolutely incredible! She was so helpful, patient, kind and caring when helping me find my wedding dress.

I have no words to explain. The experience was amazing. We had the phenomenal Kyann from the Chesham store. She listened to what i liked and didn't like about a dress. Advised on adjustments that could be made. I found my dress on my first ever visit. Thank you so much.

I have always loved Wed2b when seeing their dresses online. As a plus size bride I was very apprehensive about finding 'the' wedding dress. I went to my nearest Wed2b shop in Chesham and was greeted by Kyann, I explained my insecurities and together we have found 'the' dress, within 3 hours of being in the shop we were leaving with everything in beautiful storage boxes. I can't thank the ladies at Wed2b enough, I feel like a princess in my dress and I didn't think that was possible. If you want wedding dress consultants that are kind, understanding, patient, and dedicated to finding the right dress with you, look no further.

What a magical experience from start to finish! The service was amazing and the staff couldn’t do more for you! It’s such a personal experience and you are truly made to feel so special and heard. I can not thank Amy enough at the Chesham store, after loosing a lot of weight I was really struggling with what style to go for she was so patient and very very helpful, I tried on about 5 dresses in total eventually picking a complete wildcard dress that I never thought I’d go for, but OMG as soon as I put it on I knew it was the one and without Amy’s help and encouragement I would never of tried it, she and all the girls there made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend this store to anyone such a lovely group of girls and the store itself is lovely and big so plenty of room to move around and even go for a walk around to see how your dress feels. Keep up the good work and thank you again ❤️

Alysia was lovely the moment we walked through the door! Had a wonderful afternoon trying on gowns & found The One! She even helped me work out how to show it to other friends at another store on another day. Such kind, friendly, helpful service. Highly recommended!!

I was served by Alysia in the Chesham store and she was fantastic! Straight away she put me at ease wanting to find out about the type of styles I was interested in. The choice of dresses is fantastic here. Alysia was patient with me as I deliberated about which dress I preferred and I never felt under pressure to make a decision quickly. I really appreciated all her help and guidance and the whole experience was a really positive one.

Ali was absolutely amazing. She made my time in store phenomenal making me feel like a bride to be. I’m 52 and felt totally confident, comfortable and that I wanted simple & classy. I left saying “yes to my dress”. Thank you so much Ali ♥️ xxx

Yasmin was super helpful and friendly, especially as I was being particularly indecisive, but her thoughts and comments were helpful. Ultimately doing the 'wedding walk' helped me find 'the one' and I walked away with a beautiful dress. Thank you!
