From not knowing what I even liked or wanted to walking out with the 3rd dress which was a wildcard! I could not recommend wed2b anymore! Can’t wait to wear my dress!

Great experience in shop bought my dress there and then and brought it home same day. However I was not emailed my dress receipt as advised I would be by the staff in store instead I recieved an email stating I had not took my dress away with me on the day. This is very dissapointing and would have been 5* had it been done correctly.

Nicely and Perfect

Our bridal consultant Emma was absolutely INCREDIBLE! She was so friendly and enthusiastic. Emma listened to everything I liked/didn’t like and took it all on board. She went the extra mile to make sure me and my group were well looked after!

Nicola at ocean terminal is amazing. I was made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Nicola was very patient and encouraged me to try different styles off dresses on. I purchased my dream dress at a resonable dress . Thank you Nicola x

I went into wed2be after an unsuccessful experience at another bridal shop and I was expecting to just have some fun trying on dresses and experimenting with different styles. I genuinely didn’t think I’d find my dress so quickly but Millie found the one for me on her first go! I did try on a couple of other dresses but when I went back to the first one and changed the sleeves to ones Millie recommended, I was completely sold. The atmosphere in the shop was amazing, everyone made me feel so well looked after and the retail assistants were constantly dishing out compliments! I loved hearing other brides say yes to the dress as well. One specific thing I loved was that Millie would ask me how I felt about the dress first then stuck her head out from behind the curtain and told my entourage what my thoughts were before I then stepped out for them to see and share their thoughts. I felt so seen and heard and Millie 110% understood the assignment!!! Thank you so much!

Millie and the receptions was amazing supper friendy even to my 2 bridesmaids i had with me on the day I also went on my birthday, was also recommended the shop by my sister who also got her dress there so definitely recommending the shop to up and coming brides or bridesmaids

Bought my wedding dress from Wed2be at Ocean Terminal a few weeks ago. Staff were amazing & helped me pick my dream dress. Both the girls were patient with me & made me feel at ease.

I went back a few weeks later to pick a veil & one of the girls Bryony remembered my name, the dress I’d picked etc & was very friendly. She’s an asset to the store as are all the staff.

I’d highly recommend the store to any bride to be.

Had a lovely time trying on dresses for my daughter’s primary school prom. Staff were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Dress arrived in plenty of time for prom to have alterations done too.

Absolutely fantastic day, girls were great and brilliant help with deciding on my dress! Great warm welcome feeling and treated like a queen! Highly recommend this shop for your dress search!

It was a really relaxed process and atmosphere. We were made to feel really welcome when arriving, and Milly sat and chatted through what dresses and styles I liked, before bringing different ones to try. She was so skilled in picking dresses that fit what I was looking for, and also suggested a dress that I wouldn’t have picked myself, but ultimately went with choosing as it was gorgeous on! Milly was great with suggesting accessories and giving me information on what I could do for alterations, and I didn’t feel pressured at any point to make a decision. I’m really happy with my purchase, and cannot wait for my special day!

The shop is fab well lit with plenty of space. I had a fantastic experience. Briony was amazing, friendly, professional, informative, I really could not have asked for a better staff member to help pick my wedding dress. There is a vast range of dresses and accessories in store. I highly recommend visiting Edinburgh Wed2Be.

From start to finish I had a lovely experience ! I was super anxious and had no clue where to begin with anything. I also hadn’t even considered different colours (ivory, blush, white) and Julia was really reassuring and encouraging throughout. She helped me to find my dream dress and it was in a shape I never expected to fall in love with so much. I felt like an absolute princess. All the girls in there were lovely and I felt their warmth and excitement. Thank you wed2be!!! You made this bride very, very happy and most importantly I felt comfortable throughout 🤍

Advice would be to go for it opening. I believe it can get busy and people have to wait. If you’re determined to get a dress, go for it opening like me. It went so smoothly and I have no complaints with that.

From start to finish it was made to feel relaxed and listened too , Briony could not do enough for me in the Edinburgh store , she new exactly what she was doing and that gave me confidence that she helped me find my perfect dress for my special day .

We visited the Edinburgh store on Saturday . All the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Milly was absolutely amazing, she made me feel at ease , was incredibly patient and helpful in helping me figure out the styles that were and were not for me.
All the staff around the store were very kind and helpful and provided a very relaxed atmosphere . I would recommend this store to other brides to be.

I was so nervous at first, I felt like a rabbit caught in the headlights, but the girls quickly put me at ease and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Before I knew it, I was actually relaxing and enjoying trying everything on.

They were warm, patient and really listened to what I liked (and didn’t like!), helping me find a dress that felt completely me.

I even brought my “crown” (definitely not just a tiara…) and they fully embraced it, making the whole experience feel really fun and special.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I can’t wait for Gareth to see the dress on the big day!

Staff were very warm and welcoming. Nicola was lovely and very helpful, picked out everything that I liked and didn’t pressure me into anything. I was able to try and a few different dresses to make sure I found the one and retry on the one I loved and was able to walk about in it to feel at ease! Overall a very warm and positive experience.

I came in today and said yes to the dress every member of staff was amazing. I was guided by Nikola who helped me feel at ease and absolutely nothing was a bother. We had the best experience especially with it being the first dress shop I had ever been in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream dress

I love the service in the store considering I had no one else with me, I am so grateful for the team for being my entourage and not just my consultants. Had a massive support from them. Special thank you to Julia and Nichola for taking care of me and making my experience a memorable one. I finally said yes to the dress and brought it home with me on the same day! ❤️
