Flawless experience at the Milton Keynes store!
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better bridal appointment at Wed2Be Milton Keynes.
Our consultant Hadiya was absolutely incredible. We walked in a little nervous, slightly apprehensive, considering our big day is only round the corner! But Hadiya was calm, professional and immediately put us both at ease. She made the whole experience feel effortless - she just got us and what we were looking for straight away. Amazingly, the very first dresses she picked out for each of us were ‘the ones’ - neither of us even needed to try on a second dress! That has to be unheard of for one bride, let alone two in the same appointment! We were in and out, with our perfectly packaged dresses, within less than an hour!

Thank you so much, Hadiya - you made such a special moment even more memorable. We’re so grateful.

From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely listened to. Hadiya took the time to understand my vision, my venue, my style, in fact the first dress to had me try on ended up being my Dress. Hadiya warmth, professionalism, and eye for detail made the entire experience feel at ease.

Very polite, kind and efficient staff member that helped me to find my perfect dress!

Getting married in less than 6 months meant that I didn't have time to shop around lots of boutiques or wait months for a dress to be made and shipped from abroad.
The wed2b shop was amazing. So much more choice than what we had at boutiques. Had a fab 1:1 helper who talked through all my style ideas with me beforehand, and came up with lots of lovely dresses for me to try on. Tried on about 10 dresses, and when changing my mind a lot she never got annoyed and was really supportive and patient, which I was very grateful for!
She eventually had a masterstroke and came out with "the one"! Couldn't have been happier!
Having the dresses there for you to take away the same day is amazing too, takes a load of stress out of the situation, and my dress was brand new and hadn't been tried on by anyone but me, which was a lovely bonus. They have lots there in all sizes.
Good waiting areas too for guests.
Would recommend going on quieter times as with a max capacity of 12 brides it could get very hectic and loud, I imagine. We went later on a Sunday and had the place almost to ourselves!
Would 100% recommend!

I can honestly say I had the best experience, my consultant Elli was amazing, she was kind, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I wanted.
She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, I still can't believe I brought my dress, I ended up buying the 1st dress I tried on.

What a great experience. We attended the Milton Keynes store and had Elly looking after us. Elly was so knowledgeable and really helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision and Elly kept bringing me more to try. I’m so happy I trusted the process and said yes to the dress with wed2b. I’m now even more excited for my wedding day! Thank you to everyone especially Elly x

Fiona had a very personable approach, and was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to find my dream dress and couldn’t be happier! The only downside if I were to pick a “fault” would be the lack of sizes available in desired gowns. I had to get my dress two-three sizes too big so will require a lot of alterations. Not a buggy for the dream dress but just something to consider.

From the moment we stepped in we were looked after. Politely greeted. Elli looked after us on our visit and she was amazing. She listened to what I had in mind for a dress and selected some beautiful dresses. Guided me into the right direction with accessories that were avaliable to suite my style. She was fantastic. Highly recommended wed2be. Reasonable prices, lovely dresses, great customer service.

Wed2be was the 1st place I went to look for my wedding dress, I went in with no having any clue on what I wanted and came out with the perfect dress.

I had the most awful experience at Wed2B Milton Keynes, and it has completely ruined what should have been a special wedding dress shopping moment for me.

To begin with, I waited over an hour before being seen. The reason given for the delay was that my dad was with me, which I found completely unreasonable and unnecessary. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I called to specifically ask whether certain styles were available in my size. I was told this branch is essentially a warehouse and the largest Wed2B store, so availability would not be an issue.

However, after waiting over an hour, I was taken to the back only to be told that none of the dresses I had enquired about were available in my size. This was extremely disappointing and felt like a complete waste of my time.

What made the situation far worse was the way I was treated by the manager on site. As a plus-size bride, I was made to feel uncomfortable and discriminated against. The tone in which she spoke to me was dismissive and unprofessional, and there was a clear lack of enthusiasm or basic customer service. I did not feel supported, celebrated, or respected.

I also observed other brides being treated far more warmly and attentively than I was. The contrast in treatment was deeply upsetting and only reinforced how unwelcome I felt in that store.

The overall experience felt discriminatory, and I ultimately walked out because I could not tolerate the way I was being treated. No bride should leave a bridal store feeling humiliated or diminished.

I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

We checked in and had to wait about an hour to be seen as no appoitment system. Comfortable sofas in waiting area but no refreshments. I’d called during the week before visiting to check styles and sizes for my bridesmaids dresses however all weren’t available on the day for whatever reason. We’ve specifically travelled to the MK branch as apparently required sizes and styles weren’t available at our local store. The lady helping us wasn’t very attentive and helpful unless we asked for more sizes and styles. We had to re-locate her each time also. We told her the dresses we wanted to ordered and one size was written down incorrectly along with the colour midnight blue not dark navy. It was all scribbled out and abbreviations written. I asked for a new form. Check out was fast and efficient.

The staff were amazing! Talked to me about different dress options i liked and was able to make me feel comfortable throughout and even purchased my dress dress! So thank you so much for all of the help i received, and for being so welcoming!
