Ally was amazing! So helpful and complimentary but honest with styling.

Liza was absolutely amazing! She really took the time to understand what I liked and didn’t like and helped me narrow down exactly what suited me. She knew exactly how to work around my insecurities and styled the dress beautifully with things like drop sleeves and a belt. She made me feel so comfortable and confident, and I know I’ll feel both comfortable and beautiful on my big day. She was so lovely and friendly — couldn’t recommend her enough! 🤍

I went to Wed2b last weekend in the hopes I might find some beautiful dresses that would suit me, but I did not expect I was going to find THE dress. 🤣 hahaha

From the start, we were very well received by Hannah.
Tahira was the sales assistant assigned to me. She was so sweet and patient. 🥹

They have SO many options in this store!!
I saw a few gorgeous dresses on the racks, but even though they were exquisite, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, so I didn’t feel THAT excited in trying them in.

At the first try, I got quite thorn between two dresses so I had to put them on a second time… and that’s when I was sure of the one!

And when I least expected, I actually found the perfect dress. 🥰🥰
The whole team was so lovely.

Wow! What a shop!

Nicola was so lovely and patient with me during my first bridal experience. She understood my likes and dislikes and helped me find my perfect dress. She packaged my dress and left a little note which was lovely and a nice personal touch.

Only thing I was disappointed about is that I paid for a box that should have came with tissue paper as per Wed2b website but this was missing.

I loved my experience at Wed2be. Ally was amazing in suggesting different dresses & accessories to try after hearing my preferences. I felt comfortable & relaxed throughout the whole experience. Thank you so much!!

I came with my sister-in-law to find a dress for her wedding. We were assisted by both Hannah and Tahira. We received such wonderful service from both of them. We did not feel pressured or rushed. They took their time and listened to the bride. They made all of us feel so comfortable. Exceptional experience overall!

I came into the new store on a whim with my fiancé as we were in the area, thinking i'd just try on a few different styles and was lucky enough to find my dress! I felt so supported throughout the entire process, my stylist was sooo lovely, knowledgeable and helpful, and I had such a fun time trying on the different dresses! I would highly recommend wed2be as they have a large selection of dresses at a great price point. The London Royal Docks store is just amazing, has a glamorous feel and all the staff were very kind 💛

Nicola and the girls were absolutely wonderful. Nic was very kind and patient with me, especially when I had a pang of nerves. I only tried on 4 dresses and said yes to dress number 4! Thank you so much for making the experience memorable and positive. I honestly feel relief and joy to walk away with my wedding dress today!

Ali was absolutely incredible! She made me feel seen and heard. She was bubbly, funny, and kind, and made me feel like the only person in the busy Saturday shop at the Royal Victoria dock. I felt like my opinion and wishes really mattered. This is the sixth wedding dress shop I have visited across two countries, and she was by far the best.

​I'm giving four stars because there was a blonde lady (supervisor?) who kept coming over to check in. She was invalidating of my concerns and tried to convince me that a fault on the dress was not actually a fault. She also made claims about dress corrections that she went back on when challenged. When I expressed I didn't want the underskirt, she tried to convince me to keep it but remove netting from the actual dress instead, which felt contradictory. I felt like my wishes didn't matter to her and that she was just trying to upsell.

My wedding dress appointment was so good, I had the honour of meeting Christa who amazing throught the appointment. She made me feel so beautiful, she listened to what I wanted and was so patient when I was apprehensive to begin with. It was as if we had been friends beforehand. I was so comfortable to express any worries or concerns.

All the staff at wed2b were amazing, Angela helped me envision how I’d look on my wedding day and then I finally said yes to the dress! And it was one of the best moments of my life.

Lavine was absolutely amazing! She made my whole experience 10/10. She made my whole party feel comfortable and helped me find my dream dress. Give Lavine a pay rise! 🩷

The staff were AMAZING. They knew their stuff, they listened to what I liked and didn't like, they were so understanding of the restrictions we had, and I am so grateful for them honestly. And such a range of dresses as well, I found my "one"!

I visited on Sunday and had a really lovely experience, Lisa was so helpful, really friendly and reassuring, as were all the other staff! Genuinely a really great experience!

Upon arrival you are greated and all your info is taken. From which you are assigned to someone. My person was Ruby. She was very attentive explained how to tie up the corset. Explained why the underskirt was imported wear. Brought me variations of belts, and veils to try. All the staff were very friendly. And I won a veil for my big day. Would recommend Wed2b to everyone.

I had the most amazing experience yesterday with the staff at the new mega store. They were extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we entered. I have to especially Thank Nicola and Angela as they were so knowledgeable about the dresses, they took the time to listen to my concerns, talk me through options and made the day how I had envisioned it should be (had been to a smaller boutique previously and the experience was not what I'd expected). Having said Yes to the dress I entered the competition and won my dress 🥳 THANK YOU ALL for such an amazing day and experience x♥️
