Very welcoming and all staff are lovely, very helpful indeed.

Grace was amazing,as well as the two other women working in there. Went at the perfect time as it was quiet. Overwhelmed at how much there was to choose from. Grace was so helpful as well with accessorising me and making a dress i wasnt 100% on become my perfect dress. Felt super comfortable and welcomed.

Amy (Store Manager) was extremely welcoming on both occasions, the second we walked into the shop. She had a very warm disposition and I felt no pressure to buy.
Initially, we had a long consultation with Julia who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and again made me feel at ease. I was undecided on which dress and again felt no pressure to buy as she insisted that a wedding dress must feel like 'the one'.
I returned two weeks later where I was seen by Lizzie who also really helpful - although this time it was a shorter consultation as I realised which dress was 'the one'.
In summary, the whole experience was extremely positive and five stars. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wed2Be Stoke to others.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress. After trying on numerous styles, the staff were incredibly attentive and patient, and they helped me find the perfect gown that felt absolutely right for me. I didnt realise buying a dress could be so stressful. Im a 56 year old bride. Only 5ft 1. But with the help of the lovely wonderful staff. At stoke on trent store. Amy. Julia Liz and team. I walked away with my dream dress. Highly recommend this store. They went above and beyond to make sure I was entirely happy. As I originally purchased a dress from store a week earlier and changed my mind and returned to store. I got the same welcoming treatment 2nd time round. Always smiling. Extremely helpful. I couldn't of asked for better ladies to help me choose my dream dress. 5 star service from all staff.

I came in just to try out what style of dress I would like as I had no idea but I ended up finding the perfect dress. The staff were really lovely and made me feel so comfortable, they asked lots of questions making sure to choose dresses I would suit and would love! It was an amazing emotional experience that I will always cherish!

This was the second place that I tried to find a dress. It’s walk ins only. Unfortunately, I had to wait 90 minutes for our turn as there was a lack of consultants. However, waiting for Julia was the best decision. Julia was interested in the dresses that I had chosen and why I liked or disliked them. She then pulled two dresses similar and asked what I liked. She was super understanding to my nerves and reservations. She then pulled two wildcards and I fell in with the last one! She was empathetic to my body concerns and also amazingly calm throughout the experience. Despite being busy and there a queue of other brides to be, I didn’t feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. Julia made the experience so worth it and I’m so very happy with the dress that I chose. I am very grateful for the customer service.
