Excellent service all around. Didn't even notice the lights being put up or being taken down. They were beautiful and just what we asked for! The fairy light curtain was outstanding. Great for photos and general ambience.

Everything we hired was as expected. The delivery, set up and collection was on time and without error.

Quick and easy communication. Website shows my wedding venue with all various lighting and decoration options that the company can create with honest pricing shown. We got married at Sandburn Hall in York and chose to have the fairy lights around the beams, a curtain of fairy lights at the back, a secure post box with key, and festoon lighting for the balcony outside. All was set up well before the time for our guests arriving at 11.00am. They are a recommended supplier of Sandburn Hall, and the room wouldn’t have been complete without their detailing.

I found that once I had been able to book the floor the process was smooth and efficient and worked well. The communication once things were booked was good. The floor was just what we had hoped for. Getting the information and being able to speak to someone to book the floor was a bit more challenging. I was up against quite a tight deadline and having to leave messages and waiting over a day for a reply made me feel that I started to chase and that was stressful for me. A stress that I would have rather not had in the build up to my daughters wedding. Over all though the service and product was good.

We had the vanity mirror Photo Booth, the starlight dance floor, neon welcome sign and fairy lights across the entire venue room. Stunning!

We hire a few things for our wedding, they arranged everything with the venue themselves, so I didn't have to do anything, everything was set up really well without needing any input from me on the day! Really happy with the service, will definitely recommend :)

Booking was so easy, wedding venue lighting then contacted our wedding venue directly to arrange dropping off/setting up. We got the LOVE lights and they looked amazing, really added a gorgeous touch to our venue for the evening.

We rented large "LOVE" letters for our wedding reception. The communication was clear and polite, and at the right level to keep us informed but not overwhelm. The letters were a big hit on our wedding day, and really suited our venue and woodland theme. The price was reasonable. The letters were dropped off and collected at times that would not effect the running of the day. Overall really happy with the service. Thank you
