I ordered 20 tablecloths from Wedding Linens Direct, spending several hundred dollars for an event I was planning. My order arrived in two shipments, 11 in one and 8 in the other; leaving me with only 19 instead of the 20 I paid for. When I contacted customer service, they said their “investigation” showed the shipment weight matched 20 tablecloths and suggested UPS may have opened and repackaged the box. However, the packaging I received was completely intact, and that explanation doesn’t make sense…there would be no reason for a carrier to remove a single tablecloth and send the rest. Because I had a deadline and needed matching linens, I was forced to purchase another tablecloth and pay for shipping again. After spending hundreds of dollars, it’s disappointing they wouldn’t resolve a $30 issue to keep a customer. Due to this experience, I will never order from them again.

I guess "Claire" is another name for Weddinglinensdirect.com. We are on their mailing list without giving them our email addresses. Another company that buys mailing lists and then tries to sell you things everyday. I have tried and tried again to get off of their lists.
