As first-time buyers, we initially explored our options and had an early consultation with Michael Bellini from We Do Mortgages. Although we initially went with a different broker recommended to us by the builder, the experience there was disappointing, very slow, unresponsive, and frankly, quite stressful.

We decided to return to Michael, and despite our earlier switch, he welcomed us back and picked things up with genuine professionalism and support. He guided us through the process smoothly, answered every question we had (and we had plenty!), and went above and beyond to secure us a mortgage offer.

Where to even start, I got in touch with Claire on the off chance that I might have been able to consider a mortgage, after a previous marriage that left me financially crippled. Claire made the impossible possible and I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. I was told it was impossible by so many other brokers and Claire was determined to prove them wrong. She has been on hand throughout the entire process and has always advised me on every query. She truly is amazing at what she does and I cannot recommend her enough. Marcus and Adam were amazing with arranging our mortgage. It wasn't the easiest of mortgages to arrange with a lot of back and forth and a few bumps and hurdles along the way but I cannot thank them enough for their patience and attention to detail, with out of hours phonecalls, messages and a lot of chasing and flapping from myself. We are finally close the light at the end of a very long, very dark tunnel thanks to Marcus and Adam :)
