As a single parent of 2 young children, I thought the likelihood of myself being approved for a mortgage was slim. One phonecall and a couple of emails later, I had an agreement in principle to go bid for my 1st home. Fraser was outstanding at getting the ball rolling and going through any queries I initially had. Once an offer was accepted, Danielle assumed responsibility as a case manager to deal with the detailed assessment as required by my lender. Informative, punctual and persistence from the team @ WeDo Mortgages helped get this agreement in principle to an decision in principle.
