Return & refund not meeting UK manufacturing safety standards
Took delivery after some wait but too large. Within 7 days asked to return & refund under 14 day online purchase regulations. Offered 30% refund & keep the pillow. Said I'd donate pillow to hospice and was offered 50% refund. Asked for 3rd time for confirmation pillow meets UK regulations (fire retarding & POP24-persistent organic participants) which charity shops & hospices will require. So much for web site stating full refunds if not satisfied.
I guess Trading Standards might be my next call
