BEWARE, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

BEWARE! We ordered a dress for my daughters prom well in advance and we have yet to receive the dress. Prom happened over the weekend and we were forced to run around on Friday to find another dress because according to their website, the dress is no where to be found. A customer service agent sent me a fake tracking number and stated that the dress was in route to be delivered. I entered the tracking # into USPS website and it was invalid. I contacted WebTrend and they responded that I was too emotional and needed to have more patience because according to their records they shipped it out and sent me a fake tracking number. I ordered on the 17th of April and needed the dress on the 4th of May. As of today, I still have not received the dress.

Scam

I have had the same experience as others. Cannot get a response from this group. Shipping was very delayed with no updates from seller. Dress did not fit appropriately and after numerous emails and people, they offered 10% or they could give me the address. I asked for address. Then they came back with only a 20% total refund. I told them that was unacceptable and did not follow policy on the website. I have not heard back again. I am warning as many people on these reviews as I can so no one else experiences this scam. I cannot report to BBB because not located here or Canada. But I am taking my case to Paypal. Perhaps they can block them.

I ordered a dress from this website 3…

I ordered a dress from this website 3 weeks ago for a wedding out of the country. As soon as I tried it on, it was 3 sizes too big! Please do not trust the size chart! It seems that they do a generic one and not one specific to each dress style. I took my measurements and the dress was still extremely large. I emailed them immediately for a return shipping label. It turns out they try to push you and give you the runaround for you to end up keeping the dress or giving up in the return process. It is so difficult to reach them, all via email, and always a different customer service representative. Horrible website!!!

Don't expect they accept returns

I purchased a prom dress for my daughter after confirming that they would accept a return if the dress didn't fit (she's extra small so it's challenging to find the right size for her). We got the dress, it was too big, so I contacted customer service again (same way I confirmed they do returns before making my purchase). They took a while to respond, but eventually confirmed that they would accept the return, I just had to confirm I wanted to pay for the shipping on my own to be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, I could keep the dress for a 10% refund. I do not need a dress and am fine paying the shipping, so I confirmed I'd take the full refund understanding that I'd be responsible for shipping costs. They stopped responding overall after that. I've attempted to reconnect with them multiple times without success.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give them less than one star I would. Do not order from Wedtrend. Their customer service is horrible. I received a dress and requested a return a couple of days later.
I have been trying to return it for 3 weeks now. I still have not received return instructions.

Scam scam scam

I ordered a dress with faster shipping. The dress was suppose to be mailed out in 48 hours. One week later app still showed dress being processed. Upon communication of me trying to cancel since they didn’t even follow through with what they stated, and wasn't going to refund my money! I filed a PayPal claim right away and all the evidence on how they failed on their part. I would encourage ALL TO FILE PAYPAL CLAIM OR CC DISPUTE and get your money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM

You can’t tell it’s a Chinese company but it is and it will takes really long time to get dress, if you get it even… RUN THE OTHER WAY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN..

Do not buy anything from this sketchy company

I should’ve known when we ordered two dresses in February, and didn’t receive them until April, it was not going to be an easy return process. We ordered for prom in March and didn’t receive the dresses until after the event. We knew we were going to return the dresses since we no longer needed them, so I contacted Wedtrends immediately. Multiple forms filled out, emails sent, and no response from customer service for days. I still don’t know where to send the dresses back. Of course they told me I’m responsible for paying for the return shipping. I’m not confident I will receive a refund. Do not buy anything from this sketchy company.

DON’T USE WEDTREND.

This is a fast fashion company based in China. I ordered three gowns from them and none of them fit so I tried to return it. I sent an email to the company and have had to send multiple follow up emails to demand they respond to me.

Their return policy says 14 days from delivery, and I believe they are taking 2-4 days to respond to me to try to run out the clock.

Do. Not. Use. Them.

Read the fine print

Read the fine print! They have an additional "processing" time before they will ever send your order out. Even ordering in time dress still was too late. The return policy is anything but easy. They wanted to pay me 10% to not return. Dress was okay quality but not worth the stress of customer service.

No refund- won't even give me address to return

I ordered 3 prom dresses for my daughter to try and they did not work.
I have been trying to return them and they refuse to give the return address. I filled out the refund request the day we received the items and understand I need to pay to send them back per the terms. They keep saying they will refund me 20% and I can keep them. I don't want to, I want a refund. I ordered with LuLus and thought it would be like that...but this has been so frustrating.

Watch out for this seller you will surely lose your time and your money. My order (March 18) never arrived. I never received any tracking number or carrier’s name. The order is marked as delivered I didn't receive anything. The customer service didn't respond to my message. I'm furious I lost my $537.

Complete scam

Complete scam. The top of their returns policy portion states that you can return anything within 14 days of receiving your order, but at the bottom in fine print they state that nothing is refundable. Even if your dress is off the rack/not made for custom order, they won't honor refunds.

Can I give this company a ZERO???

Can I give this company a ZERO???? DO NOT ORDER FROM WEBTREND. I ordered a dress. The information regarding when the item would arrive was so vague I started to think I had been scammed. When the dress arrived- it was not as described or shown on their website. I contacted WEBTREND to inquire about how I can return the item. After being in a chat for approximately an hour, of sending photos of the dress I received and providing the reason I was requesting a return- they stopped responding and did not provide me with information regarding how I can return the item. The ONLY reviews I could find for this
Company are negative. Don’t waste your time with them.

Refused eligible returns

Their return policy says to notify the company within 14 days if you want to return an item. I email them on day 7 asking for a return, followed up a few days later, and got an immediate response telling me I received the item on 3/11 and asked for the return on 3/18, thus I failed to fall within the 7 day window and wouldn’t get to return the item. This email also sent me a link to their official return policy.
2 glaring issues here: First, the return policy that they linked me to says 14 days. Nowhere does it say 7 days anywhere. Second, even if it were 7 days, by their own account I fell within that window. I don’t know if they just aren’t reading their own policy (or words for that matter) but this is absurd.
