DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! these people do not know how to grade their bunk weed, it's a joke. Wasted my money. They name their weed but it all tastes the same, what a Joke!!!! They do not even deserve that ONE star I gave them 👎🏾

Whenever I order gummies, if they're missing something, I'm never called to be asked what I wanted as a replacement. This most recent time, they gave me something that was less expensive and less gummy than what I ordered, making me lose out on my money and the amount of of gummies a purchased.

I reached out to them 3/4 times off of the order confirmation email with zero response, and I emailed them again separately from a different email, asking if anyone works there, with still no response. So they took my money and left me with less than the product I ordered.

Used to be a costumer but once I bought 7grams of skittles hax (who know is expensive), when it arrived it he just writed they were off this hax just gave me 2 grams and gave 2 bad quality pre rolls and was that, I said I wouldn't accept than they just ghosted me. Never bought again and I say for everyone who want to buy there, don't do it buy on call420 or another one

order from them about every 2 weeks, always on time, polite, and easy. customer service is a little hard to get a hold of but rarely needed. I use the e-trans payment method and never had an issue with the process.

absolutely horrible experience, ordered over 100 dollars worth of product and transfer was accepted on their behalf, then i was ghosted never received order confirmation or a delivery. they won’t answer their phone or email. scammers

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE product and even worse customer service. I spent almost $300 there and more than HALF the product was old and dried to the point it was brown and had no more smell. I messaged and called them and emailed them only for them to say no exchanges. Terrible underground Chinese run site with Chinese values- money only.

Worse 1 stop cart, been smoking for 2 years straight and this one just starting spitting out the top into my mouth and burning my tongue for a couple of days.

Leaking the resin all out over my cloths n my body.

Never again.

And they didn’t answer my text on any platforms.

Waiting all evening, 1 hour after delivery deadline, they canceled the order and asked for a different payment method at 10 pm.

I couldn't reach them , I wasted my entire Friday evening on these guys that text me 1 hour after they should have delivered to order again. These guys are a joke. Unreliable and they don't give a F about their customers.
Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, it is better to wait a few days but have a guaranteed delivery.
I used weed approach because of cash on delivery and sameday, if they ask me to change payment , the reason for buying from them doesn't exist anymore.
1 hour after delivery deadline they send me an email telling to go F. myself.
These people are racist they thought I don't have the money for my order because of my name.

When they ask for you to tip the driver, the driver does NOT get the tip money. The management steals it, so don’t tip!

I’ve asked for my tip money to be returned, to which my email has never been responded to. Shitty customer service and treats their employees like crap

Bought two ounces and both bags smelt heavily like downy drier sheets, it tastes and smokes like a bar of soap. Not to mention very hash smoke! Absolutely a SCAM!

Not sure why there are negative reviews. You get what you pay for. Certainly much cheaper than storefront dispensaries, and I am very happy with the productss.

Sells old, musty bunk weed and then refuses to exchange it or offer discount for long time customers. Nonexistent customer service. Bunch of scammers - do not support this company!

Weed approach has same-day delivery competitive prices and a decent refund/Return/exchange policy. Itcan be a little tricky navigating through the website. It doesn’t have an app yet. Overall I prefer this to other similar businesses/organizations.

I ordered an ounce and they delivered the most dried out and no potency weed.
When I asked to exchange or pay more to get a differnt strain as this batch was clearly dried out due to poor storage, they said no and offered me 10% off my next order like as if I’m ever going to order from them again. Stupid company horrible customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Dabs are packed in cheap plastic jars. Do not buy! Also delivery was much slower than advertised.

They didn't follow through on their sign-up deals, we didn't receive the free items, and 2/3 of the things purchased were very bad quality. They don't load the reviews on their website that are negative, they don't seem to be an honest supplier at all. Scammers tbh. Zero customer service.
