Poor Customer Service. Ordered a light this summer, was being fairly patient with Covid, followed up after 3 weeks to see if they had a tracking number or where it was at in shipping. Was then informed if was not in stock and my card was being refunded. Even though it shouldn't of been available for purchase, if they would have let me know in the next day or two I wouldn't of been as mad.

As a medical patient waiting almost a month to harvest cost me ~$800 in cannabis I had to purchase. I wanted to support a small business, but they drove to me Amazon which took less than a week and was cheaper.

I read all the reviews here and was a bit skeptical so I reached out to Andrew at Wegrow, and voiced my concerns. He made sure my order was shipped out immediately upon receipt and I got my SF4000s about a week later. So far the gang at wegrowbuds has been true to their word, and I've had a great experience with them.

The only company I deal with.
stealth packaging should be more of a priority. That's my only complaint.
