We are committed to supporting those struggling with their Mental Health due to financial stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem due to rejections. Our Programs are designed to strengthen the mental, emotional, and physical well-being of graduates. Through our various mental health programs, participants gain the knowledge and tools they need to rise above setbacks and live with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

This company is a flat out scam run by people with zero clue or qualifications. They paid me to record a testimonial told me word for word what to say and honestly it was a shambles. I was asked to come again but it was too much drama and I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole. The owner isa pretentious prick, and I’ll keep the rest of my thoughts to myself… the way I see it is if I was paid so we’re probably the others and this company is a complete scam … steer well clear

We Hold A Hand is a registered Non-profit social impact organisation dedicated to improving access to mental health support for graduates. Our operations are powered by volunteer interns and mental health professionals who donate their time for FREE to serve our growing community.
To clarify: All our group therapy sessions are completely free of charge. We have never paid anyone to give a testimonial or review. We currently have over 2,000 verified testimonials from individuals who have benefited from our programs, all freely given and traceable through our platforms. Our media team sometimes assist participants who request for support on how to share their testimonials via video, on the format to share. They coach them on how to introduce themselves and what they benefited from the event, but never tell them what to say word for word.
This anonymous review from a prevoius volunteer does not reflect the experience of our community, nor does it align with our transparent, service-based operations. This review is a direct attack on our management team for taking disciplinary action against the volunteer. The volunteer left the organisation angrily afterwards and has resulted to speading lies against the organisation in the effort to ruin its reputation. This is truly upseting for our staffs and members.
