The communication i received throughout my purchase was excellent!

Excellent communication throughout the process. Product is great also.

I am converting the upper level of our carriage house into a home theater room. After much research for the best value in seating, I landed on Weilianda, and purchased their Luxury V2.0 series seating for 4. It has everything I was looking for, ie zero gravity powered seats, headrest, footrest, and lumbar support with tray tables and free shipping!

After providing Weilianda with delivery instructions to the carriage house ~100’ behind our home, FedEx delivered chairs to the wrong location on 3 separate occasions. Each time I notified Weilianda, Leon and Janice in sales and customer support attempted to correct the issue with FedEx, and followed up with me within 24 hours via email and phone calls to help resolve the shipping issues. I couldn’t be happier with them, the quality, and comfort of my new chairs that I am anxious to use upon completion of my home theater.

They sent the wrong back to one of the chairs and now the communication has stopped. It looks like it will be at least a month before I get the right back. These are shipped from China and they take a long time to arrive.

At the end we bought 5 instead of 3 because we felt confident to have made the right choice. You sent a smart phone holder. I ordered a tablet holder. Two completely different items! Different prices! called your support team yesterday, no reaction on your part. Are you able to send me what I ordered or not? If not, process a refund please.

Out of six seats we only received 1 the rest the shipper is shipping back. They dropped the first off without signature but not the rest.

I recently bought the WeiliandavAstronaut Series Home Theater Seating (set of 5) and have been really pleased with it so farm The seats are a bit smaller than the older theater seating I replaced, but the overall quality is excellent and they look great in my theater roomm To be fair, choosing larger seats would have cost quite a bit more, so for the price I really can't complain. I really like the zero-gravity reclining, which I didn't have in my older seats. the seats are a bit firm so be ready for that. hopefully over time they get softer with use. the USB charging is also surprisingly fast, which was a nice surprise. they even include a free phone holder, which I didn't expect but actually use quite a bit. shipping was quick and the packaging was very good, everything arrived well protected. assembly was simple and didn't take long. I also asked them for the rails to connect the chairs together, and those were easy to install as

The chairs are really good and I am happy with the quality. Pricing was very good. They look great in our theater room.

The Customer Service phone was not working. It only had a message and I was not able to speak to anyone.
Brackets for the chairs were supplied but the hardware (nuts/bolts) were not. They were sent later.

The chairs are awesome, easy to put together(you will need two people) and they came on time. Very comfortable and easy to clean.-

I bought a 4 seat power reclining configuration for my new home theater room and could not be happier with them. They are very comfortable and were assembled very quickly with no issues.
