By Far The Best Platform of It's Kind that I have found so far! I am a founder with a startup and looking for the right full stack engineer and I have sign up on a few similar sites looking for the perfect match and I will say wellfound has been the best , the others are either confusing or full of spam and fake accounts and Wellfound has actually matched me with real candidates and It has been well worth the time and effort and cost. It is easy to use and it wants feedback as well as bans ppl for misuse which tells me they care and take it serious its not just about making money from whom ever will pay them they actually pay attention and kick off the spam or scams. I believe i will find what i am looking for on this site and i am very pleased they are definitely trustworthy.I am very thankful for them.

Terrible website to look for future prospects.

They insist I have to use a company email and their support is generally slow replying every 2 days to an email.

Overall, one of the worst experiences with recruiting companis.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST. remove / hide messages that I paid for. respond within a week or two. go elsewhere this platform is horrendous. every week my messages 'disappear' with no messaging from wellfound.

They banned my account without a reason. How is it even possible to get banned on the job application website. Good joke! This website never led to any decent role, most jobs look to be fake or serious preferism and xenophobia going on just for US citizens. Don't bother with them.

Every time I visit this site I get blocked. That's even after I have disabled my VPN. Don't know why they hate VPNs so much, they are privacy tools to protect one's identity online. Worst part is the ban is per account, not IP, so if you logged in with your account first with a VPN and then without, you are still blocked, making the service unusable. I'd at least request my account be deleted if I can't use the service but I can't do even that.

WellFound is an excellent platform in searching for FT, PT, etc. positions are noted startups and high growth companies. Easy to navigate including noting your preferences for a company that you might like to work for, I've been using them for over 7+ years.

My only negative feedback is the companies aren't very proactive in reaching to candidates for interviews or at least show an interest. I've applied to startups directly on their websites and heard back for interviews. etc.

It’s been alright. I haven’t been able to receive anything through here but spam messages. I haven’t experienced a true employer . But I like the platform of high end opportunities that are mostly remote.

Wellfound has wonderful website that can make your search very specific if you are interested in tech and startups. I have used their site multiple times and applied to many jobs. Their tools and site are top notch!

There are a lot of job boards/ job websites out there but I can honestly say this one is one of the best! The jobs that are recommended are actually relevant and the platform is very intuitive.

Solid platform for tech startup opportunities, though I didn’t land a position. Most openings are in the tech sector with equity compensation outlined - a major plus. The startup selection is impressive and the interface is clean and easy to navigate.

Got access to unique job postings at startups I wouldn’t have found elsewhere, and the employers actually respond, not just bot posts. Didn’t get a position through this but definitely recommend.

It's a good website for finding openings for new startups and remote jobs, especially. However, if the company can help us connect with the recruiter or provide the status of the application, that would be a great help!

These days, there are too many job search platforms, and honestly, many of them seem more interested in collecting and selling candidate data than actually helping people find work. Very easy to use. Filtering to what I was looking for in a job was easy and got me to the results that I was looking for. The interface was clean.
