Very nervous after paying.
I paid for the entire year up front. First month was March. I received 4 weeks worth of medication. Now it’s time for my 2nd month and they are refusing to send it. First it was that they send it quarterly. That’s odd because I got 4 weeks worth. Now they are saying they can’t send any until next month. I’m completely out of medication. I tried to schedule a video appointment but there are no providers available. I’m getting very nervous because I think this is a stall tactic. I’m waiting for a response from support as I write this. I’m hoping they come through because they were good the first month.

I emailed customer service, and they handled it asap (even after hours) and gave me a full refund immediately. Very good customer service, and have already used them again to order a new peptie.

I signed up with the promise off 100.00 a month, I was charged 150.00, this month 170.00. Rip off.
*Update- I received a call from company about complaint, after explaining why I was unsatisfied, they promised the last month's bill to be returned.

It took me a while to figure out how to communicate with the support staff as there is no app just the website. But once if I figured it out, I got quick replies. Only finished my first month so no true measurable weight loss (only on 10 units now), but I'm giving it another month at 15 units. Fingers crossed

WellMedr is absolutely incredible and no other GLP-1 provider compares. Customer service is prompt, reliable, efficient and professional.
