SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY. Submitting this review here in case they won’t allow the one I left on their website. Took this for SIX months and honestly did NOT notice any difference. You might as well buy a real cellular detox supplement (like MSM), and a real parasite cleanse kit. Also, if you are considering buying it, a fair WARNING that this is a company that DOES NOT HAVE ANY RETURNS OR REFUND POLICY. Their policy states “All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the safety of our warriors”. Really, for an American company? You cannot return even unopened and sealed products? Ridiculous. And customer service will slap this to your face when you ask them for help. This is the only modern day company that I have heard to have this ridiculous policy with this kind of product line. Seriously just find a better product and a company with a better policy.

UPDATE:
1. OBVIOUSLY as you stated, this is MY experience and MY review, therefore it is valid no matter how much you defend your product. Your product might have worked for some but there are also reviews (not just mine) that said it did not work for them. Do you think this is my first time buying a detox? Definitely not. I have tried different kinds and believe me, some of them are also GENTLE detox like how you claim your product is, but some of them I could definitely tell that it is working in just 2 days. Your product? Nope. None one noticeable difference. And you say it is not a quick fix? Is six months a quick timeframe for you?? That’s more than long enough for someone to fairly say if a product does or doesn’t work.
2. Nobody said your policy is hidden BUT I have put it in my review to HIGHLIGHT it due to the plain fact that some people might have missed it before regrettably buying your product or putting in a subscription. And I know for sure that it has happened before since some reviews here mentioned that as well. If a subscription renews before they could pause/skip/cancel, they could not even return those products after delivery. At the end of the day, any company that has a NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY is not a customer friendly company, and as consumer, why would I invest my money on them further when are there a lot of better companies that offer this?
3. Your customer service is very very poor, just like what others have said here too, period . And I have said this based on experience of dealing with customer services of other companies. You do not have the desire to help out customers or even to keep them it seemed like. You do not have a return or refund policy, and yet when a customer reached out for help about a subscription that has just renewed an hour ago, you absolutely will not help them and so they will be stuck with a product that they do not even want or need, because they are not even allowed to return it. Without exaggeration, lot of companies would really go beyond and help out their customers “as a courtesy” or as a consideration for once. This company DOES NOT have that capacity. And again as a consumer, why would I keep patronizing your product for this reason alone? Maybe if your product is really great, sure. But it is not.

Bottom line is still the same: this company is not customer friendly and the product is not even worth it.

UPDATE based on your 2nd reply:
1. One individual experience? There are several reviews even on your own website saying that they did not notice any difference. And why are you challenging the fact that I stated that it did not work for me? It is A FACT, that’s my experience. As I mentioned above, your product might have worked for some but not for me, and this is not an isolated experience. Obviously I’m not the only one saying this, just visit the reviews on your own website. Are you disregarding them as well?
2. CORRECTION: 90 day money back guarantee is NOT THE SAME as having return or refund policy. Any sane person knows the difference between the two. What if after 90 days customers received a new order and they want to return it? Do they have the option to? NONE. So I am not contradicting what I said and you are the one who is INCORRECT as 90day money back guarantee and return or refund policy are not the same. As what you stated on your email to me, and on your policy “All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for the safety of our warriors.” I am simply stating them. So at this point, I’m not even sure what are you arguing about?

This is my review based on my experience so stop accusing it as misrepresentation. This is what I HAVE EXPERIENCED. You can defend your company all you want but I don’t have to waste my time replying.
After all, your overall rating of 3.5 or 3.6 here in Trustpilot (couldn’t even reach 4 stars) SPEAKS FOR ITSELF about how your company and your product have served your customers.

Improved anxiety, brain fog & memory

I am on week 2 and I have experienced an improvement with my anxiety symptoms, brain fog, and even my memory is improving! I used to struggle to remember why I walked into a room. I’d forget words mid sentence. I haven’t had those moments since using Warrior Water. Actually, I was impressed at how quickly I began to feel better. I’m about half way through my first bottle and never want to run out. I’m also super excited to introduce this to my children and see what improvements they experience. The color is a little intimidating but it has absolutely no flavor, what a relief! Can’t wait to experience more healing :)

Subscription? What subscription? The one I keep getting billed for

I received an email stating my order was confirmed. I looked and found I was getting another order from them. I had tried to cancel my subscription but the subscription page said they had changed websites and could not find my subscription. I emailed the company.
While waiting for a response I decided to dig for the "old website" after 30 minutes I finally found it and was finally able to cancel.
Then a day later, I finally receive an email stating they see my subscription in canceled and per their terms I cannot cancel this order or get a refund.
I have not seen any difference and was very disappointed by the product. Then the poor customer service and the amount of time it took to sort out my account was ridiculous.

Love this company

Love this company, been using their products for well over a year now and not had any major issues. I mean the issues I have had were worked out after contacting support and the support staff are friendly and easy to work with so all issues do get worked out and have been worked out. Anyway the products work very well and I feel they have greatly improved my over all health and help me recover from illness as well. I say you will not go wrong with these guys and they also do care about you and your well being at least if feels that way.

Great product!

I have had unusual, softer bowel movements within one hour of taking the drops...with no cramping...very predictable...not harsh. I have also noticed less facial swelling. Too many good things happening with this product, to not believe it's working. I highly recommend it!

I had a good experience with Wellness Warrior. I do not understand what people are talking about having trouble canceling their subscription. I didn't any trouble. It was simple. I had to stop because of financial reasons but hope to get back on it soon.

Too frequent deliveries

I don like how they send soooo many vitamin d3 and zinc. It should be only once a month or when I’m almost out of pills…. I have 3 extra bottles of vitamin d3+k and 2 bottles of zinc extra in storage waiting. And the label is changed without any explanation. Did the product change?????

The customer logged into their customer portal after their subscription had already renewed and canceled their subscription. Per our terms, subscriptions must be canceled prior to renewal. We allow customers easy 24/7 access to their portals to make adjustments or cancel. Since the customer did not cancel prior to renewal, their final shipment was sent out. Our terms state that all sales are final. I have attached our subscription terms as well as provided a link below. This was the customer's 4th shipment, as the customer had been on a Warrior Water subscription for 3 months prior and had never reported any adverse side effects. I ordered product from them

I ordered product from them. I did not want the subscription. They automatically set me up for it when I didn’t want it. I canceled after the next order came in. When it would be time for the next month, my subscription started again after I had cancelled! It took me getting rid of my credit card to make the charges stop. I don’t recommend them at all. Cancelled the subscription multiple times. I’m not incompetent when it comes to canceling my order. I even emailed them when I would see a new order go through.

The subscription never "restarted"; the customer just didn't cancel in time through their customer portal. The customer logged in and cancelled their subscription on 2025-12-06 21:20. warrior water detox is legit

I have been taking the warrior water detox for almost 2 months now and absolutely love it! I’m a type 1 diabetic and feel like it helps so much with energy and getting rid of any toxins. I just tested positive for Covid-19 and feel like this stuff has helped with the side affects of that compared to when I got Covid 3 years ago. I’m on the monthly subscription for the detox and just wanted to let you guys know it does wonders.

Dont shop with companies that offer subscriptions!

Every company that offers a subscription will change it to a subscription if you choose one time purchase. Its happened to me with dozens of companies. Its all a scam for reoccurring money which makes me think their products dont work and they know no one will buy again so they try to trick you and get as much money from you as they can. Ive never selected “subscription” before because how do I know if the product even works yet everytime I buy anything with that option I somehow get charged again and never even see the second order.

Worked miracles for my skin

I took this daily for a few months and my skin cleared up almost 100%. I now take it every 2-3 days and my skin has remained clear outside of a few near my menstrual cycle. It helps my liver detox properly which essentially helps my body stop detoxing through my skin. If I understood that correctly from Dr. Nepute.

Since I have joined Wellness Warrior the program has grown. My problem is I can never speak with a real person anymore. In the past it was great but today not so great. I need to make some changes to your products but can't talk with anyone. I am given a number, but talks days to get a response.

THIS is an amazing product!

THIS is an amazing product! I am so glad I decided to try it because it has not only helped me but two others as well!

Husband gets a stomach bug 4 days before we are set to leave town. This is the second time he has had it. Symptoms are low grade fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, malaise. I did not have my Warrior Water the first time and got sick with him for 10 days. Looking at canceling our trip, I suggested he try my WW. I was taking it and had zero symptoms. Within 30 mins he was improving and by lunch(with one extra dropper full) he had full function and all issues resolved.

Fast forward to our trip. A friend came down with full blown food poisoning. I sent my WW to her room and gave instructions. An hour later she is downstairs in the ballroom like nothing happened! She said the Warrior Water shut down the food poisoning within 15 minutes!! Greatness!

Back at home and one of our rescue dogs has developed an ear infection. He is an untouchable 110lb mass of teeth. You can't put ear drops in those ears without an ER visit following the attempt. I decided to try WW and drop it in his food. He has stopped scratching the effected ear and it doesn't stink anymore after 5 days. I will continue a bit longer because he actually has more energy and is feeling rather good.

I take it daily and feel great and have so much energy that I am actually not needing nearly as much sleep. I wake up feeling great!

I’m extremely disappointed in Wellness…

I’m extremely disappointed in Wellness Warrior and feel obligated to warn other consumers. This company is not honest, and their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. There is no user-friendly way to cancel a subscription, which feels intentional and incredibly frustrating. It shouldn’t take multiple emails, messages, and attempts just to stop a recurring charge.

What makes all of this even worse is the lack of transparency from the current owners. Many of us supported this company because of the original leadership—particularly one doctor who stood up for people during a very difficult time in the world. We bought from this brand because we trusted him and wanted to support what he represented.

Only later did we learn that this doctor is no longer an owner, and the company never gave their loyal customer base the dignity of a simple email explaining the change. Instead, they quietly posted a half-hearted farewell on Facebook, turned off the comments, and offered zero communication or accountability. That alone says everything about the integrity of the company today.

In my opinion, Wellness Warrior has completely betrayed the trust that made customers believe in them in the first place. The lack of honesty, the poor communication, the impossible cancellation process, and the disrespect shown to long-time customers has ensured that my family and I will never purchase from them again.

Consumers deserve better. And loyal customers deserve honesty.

This is not the same company it used to…

This is not the same company it used to be. Their customer service is terrible, their products have changed and they do not have a website that is user friendly to cancel anything.
I had been a loyal customer for years but this past year plus things changed. The Warrior water smells bad and I was told it’s been that way, well in fact it has not always been this way.
Be careful doing any subscription now as they claim their website changed this year and you have to contact customer support to do anything if you had a subscription you started earlier this year. I’ve tried for almost a month to cancel with no response. I do not recommend this company at all. Buyer beware

Update: this IS my review, it was not instigated, I’m a real consumer! These are true statements I’ve made. I feel insulted to be called a liar by a company that I used to be very loyal to. I have receipts, screenshots of their website saying “if you made an account before 2025 you will need to contact customer support “ so I can’t do anything with my subscriptions except through them. I stand by my review.
