This company uses highly deceptive tactics. I received an invitation from a colleague and created an account, believing it was an internal tool. Immediately after signing up, Wellpin began harvesting my contact list and sending automated emails, using my name and email address to both my professional and personal contacts without my explicit consent.

Even after deleting my account, they have continued to spam my contacts. This is a massive breach of privacy and a "viral loop" scam designed to trick users into spreading their platform. Avoid this tool at all costs to protect your data and your professional reputation.

I started using Wellpin at month ago, and it quickly just made sense.
The interface is simple and easy to use.
It genuinely feels like I have more time now because I’m no longer stuck in long message chains trying to schedule a single call.
Overall, it’s a clean, lightweight tool that quietly does its job and does it well.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Wellpin.

Without my consent, their platform started sending out calendar invites and emails to my contacts — using my name — which felt like blatant spam. This is a serious violation of trust and user privacy. No legitimate service should be operating like this.

Worse yet, when I reached out to their support team to demand full deletion of my account and data, I was ignored for over a week. They only responded after I send them the second email — and even then, their reply was cold, impersonal. Not even a simple acknowledgment of my name or concern.

This is not just a bad user experience — it’s unethical. I strongly advise others to stay far away from Wellpin until they fundamentally change how they handle users and data.

Wellpin is an excellent free tool that I use everyday. Compared to other paid options, it lets me schedule meetings on the fly. I would highly recommend it.
