Horrible – stay away from WellyBox!

I don't even want to talk about the system itself from a technical standpoint. The worst part is the customer service – or rather, the complete lack of it.

From day one, there was a glitch, and the system couldn't access all my email categories to retrieve invoices. I contacted them, and they told me the technical team would handle it. For two weeks, I messaged and emailed them every single day. Calls went completely unanswered. Once every few days, they would finally reply, saying, "The team will get back to you once the issue is resolved," but they never fixed it. Funny enough, I ended up fixing that specific issue myself.

Later, another glitch occurred – the system failed to generate my expense reports. Someone from support tried to help, failed as well, and promised, "We’ll get back to you." They never did.

As for their phone support: no matter what time you call, you get an automated message about "high call volume" and the call just disconnects. This happens even if you call at 6:00 AM or midnight!

I absolutely do not recommend them. Right now, I'm fighting just to get my money back. All their positive reviews look like they were written by bots – it’s completely fake. Stay far away from them!

I had a problem linking WekkyBox to my email. It was sorted in record time. There was also a follow-up message to check all was still OK. Great Service!

The service I get from these guys is phenomenal. So good, that I lack the words to descibe it. Professional & yet so personal & careing. Honestly, something you don't see anymore.

I joined WellyBox in March 2025 after being assured that existing bugs and feature requests I raised would be solved within a few months. Over the following year, I repeatedly received promises that the updates were “in progress” or would be released soon

Since the beginning of May 2026, both management and customer support have stopped responding to my messages entirely.

I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled. Beyond the ongoing bugs, I felt there was no proper follow-up on my case, and the repeated promises cost me unnecessary time and energy.

At this point, I cannot recommend the service.

The application is very easy to use and does a great job of grabbing all the invoices and receipts from multiple emails. The automation tool is very good too.
