Colour not as described
Tweed arrived quickly but colour was not as expected. Was described as white/cream but is in fact yellowish. Not what I expected at all . I did email to connect but recieved no reply.

Noooo… we are so sorry this happened. We have investigated your case. Apologies, we missed your email, and although we are usually quick to reply, this one slipped through. That was absolutely our mistake.
Customer satisfaction is the pillar of our business, and after 13 years of 100% positive feedback on eBay, we take this very seriously.
We have replied privately and hope our response is satisfactory.
Regarding the colour, Herringbone Ivory tweed can never be pure white. It is woven from virgin sheep wool with no dye, so the natural fibres always have a soft creamy undertone. Even our slightly whiter ivory still carries this gentle cream tone. Lighting can make it appear more ivory or slightly yellow. We have added this clarification to the product description, and your feedback has helped us improve it.
