Disappointed with the wait
I was full of hope when I received speedy acknowledgement of my order but dismayed when it took six days to arrive. It was only a pair of tweezers posted in an envelope, so should have arrived much sooner. Very disappointed with the wait.

Great experience
Prices were more than reasonable. There was great care in packaging to ensure there was no damage to the watch dial. Dial was in much better condition than listed/photo suggested. Very pleased with the product.

Very easy site to use
Very easy site to use, I was able to source vintage parts nobody else stocked. Fairly priced & reasonable P&P.

I ordered the wrong part
I ordered the wrong part. Opened it contacted WWP. Informed Mike of my error. As I had opened the package the part was not resellable. Mike said "No problem we will send you the right part FOC". You cannot get better than that. I would have given 10 stars if available. Well done WWP.
