Terrible Experience with Rust Server Setup
I hired WeOxide to set up a Rust server for me. The job included installing and properly configuring several plugins, which was extremely important to me, along with specific server tweaks that I clearly outlined.
I paid him for the full server setup, plugin configuration, and the requested tweaks. In addition to that, I also covered the cost of the plugins and paid him extra for the time and effort needed to purchase them. I even bought a game hosting package from his separate hosting website, along with a domain and hosting for a shop website.
He fully agreed to all my requests and gave me full assurance that he could deliver exactly what I needed.
Unfortunately, the entire experience turned into a major disappointment.
He took the payment and delivered nothing close to what was promised. He set up a basic, empty server with just a few plugins — most of which were installed in a sloppy, unprofessional manner that even a beginner could have done better. More importantly, he never configured any of the plugins, even though that was one of the main services I paid for. I ended up having to configure everything myself, which took a lot of time and effort.
He wasted over four months of my time, and I never received the server setup we had agreed upon. In the end, I lost both time and money, and he failed to deliver on his promises. Even worse, he wasn’t open to any feedback, insisted he had done a good job, and denied any shortcomings in his work.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend being cautious with this service. Based on my experience, the level of professionalism was extremely poor and did not meet my expectations.
