Westernbikeworks.com Reviews

As always, great selection and prompt shipping.

Great prices and lightning (like the package arrived so quickly) fast shipping! I love this shop.

Western Bikeworks is my go to vendor for bike parts. The prices are good and the support staff are responsive. Good people.

Product was priced well, was as described and delivered promptly.

Prices are always competitive. The emails are very handy. Reliable shipping. Good selection of equipment, tools, nutrition and merch for most outdoor sports.

Professional knowledge, polite service

Love wbw. Fast shipping and great products.

Western's prices have always been competitive, but the service is what keeps me coming back. For this purchase, I bought a new helmet. The next day, the helmet showed up on the LC sales ad with a $90 discount. I reached out to Western and received the credit—just an example of why I continue to use Western.

WesternBikeWorks has always taken care of me as a customer. They are easy to deal with. Good team.

I am a long-time satisfied customer. I love supporting this local business because it is very customer focused and has great prices and selection.

Great and fast customer service. I had a question about the cost of my order because I had some store credit but when I finished the checkout process, the screen showed an amount paid that looked like I was charged for the whole amount. I emailed Western Bikeworks right away to ask and they got back to me promptly with some screenshots showing that I was charged just for the remaining balance after store credit was applied.

Told this story once before and received no reply: I am hoping for better luck this time.
I ordered a Topeak Wedge seat pack. After a few days I wondered when it would arrive. I found no info on that order, no confirmation or shipping info, so I guessed I forgot to press the “place order” button. So I followed up by purchasing another one from you. It arrived in the usual short time I have become used to from you.
I filled up that pack and went happily on my way. Then a second package arrived. From Jason Start. No invoice or shipping instructions enclosed. I called and tried to explain my predicament, but was told that without an order number I am out of luck. Still have that unused Wedge and the shipping bag it came in. Still want to return it for store credit. Is my luck better today?

They had exactly the tires I wanted on sale.

And I got free shipping.

Shortly after order, a WBW rep phoned to verify size, asked if I wanted any substitutions, made sure to tell me the bike would be fully assembled, tested and then shipped. Arrived quickly as advertised. Great bike, great sales experience.

Your site has just about every bike need I’ll encounter. Shipping is fast, accurate, and I earn rewards/credit toward future bike supplies. Win-win!

Western Bike Works has competitive pricing, and a great selection of quality products with prompt shipping.

Good deals. Easy ordering and returns. Excellent, knowledgeable, LIVE HUMAN (!) customer support.
