We found Westkin via chat GPT when we were looking for solicitors to deal with our immigration matter. And what a lucky find!! We were impressed with the initial contact with Westkin, and were passed into the hands of Dan Pinte and his assistant Andrea Chiu, who took care of us amazingly well. I can honestly say that without Dan and Andrea our application would have definitely been rejected. The fee charged was reasonable and in this case was on a ”no win no fee“ basis, which we thought was very fair. But when all the work was done, if we had been rejected, I would have still paid the fee; that’s how impressed I was with Dan’s work. I cannot recommend Westkin highly enough and will return to them (and hopefully Dan) for the next part of our Visa journey. Thank you Dan, Andrea, and Westkin.

In the subsequent days Elizabeth sent us a checklist that was super easy to understand and follow. When we had questions or didn't understand something she answered every email we sent her within hours, usually on the same day(we did send some after hours and she deserves some time after all!)

All in all we're extremely glad to have had an attorney for this process. It made us feel a lot more confident and in the end worked out really great for us. We got our acceptance within 4 weeks of my biometric appointment, and I feel like that was in large part because of the set up Elizabeth created for us.

The process which was initially very scary turned out to be very simple when following her instructions.

From the very first message we sent Dan, asking if he could help us with our unmarried partner visa application, both Dan Pinte and his assistant Andrea Chiu were honestly amazing from start to finish!

Our case was quite complex and there were a few things from previous visas that needed correcting and properly explaining, but Dan handled everything with so much patience and kindness. No question was ever too much, and trust me, I had a LOT of questions, ha! He always took the time to explain things clearly and kept us calm when our anxieties were swirling around.
