I applied the Wet and Forget on the patio this morning after cleaning it yesterday. A bit worried as it has dried with a very blotchy pattern. Should I be worried. Anne from Dublin

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. When Wet & Forget is applied, it reacts naturally with organic growth and outdoor surfaces which can temporarily cause an uneven or orangey-brown appearance. This reaction simply indicates that the active ingredients are working to break down the biological growth. The blotchy discolouration is not permanent, will not damage your patio, and will gradually dissipate over a short period as the weather helps rinse the surface clean.
If you have any further queries please reach out to our customer service team.
Best Regards
Ellie

Ordered from Wet & Forget, arrived next day
Ordered direct from Wet & Forget, and it arrived the next day. I'd rather support the manufacturer than Amazon. I've used this product for some years now, and find it excellent.

It's a shame
Wet and forget appear to me to be not only reducing the original standard size of their containers 5 to 4 LTRs ,for the same price but seemingly the strength of their compound so more is required for the same result.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your recent experience.
We'd like to reassure you that our 5-litre Wet & Forget concentrate remains available to purchase. We do also offer other pack sizes to suit different customer requirements, but the 5-litre option has not been replaced.
Regarding the results achieved, the time it takes for Wet & Forget to clear a surface can vary from one application to another. Factors such as the type of surface being treated, the level and type of biological contamination present, and the environmental conditions all play an important role in how quickly visible results appear.
We take customer feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience in more detail. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service team with details of the area treated and the product used, and we'll be happy to help.
Best Regards

Used Wet & Forget for several years. Keeps our patio clean and clear. It's slow to work and do not expect immediate results. I've recommended it to many who are equally impressed.

When will it work ?
Applied Wet and Forget as instructions. Cannot see any difference after 6 or more weeks. Maybe because it has not rained in all that time. I am watching and waiting.
