Product is great, shipping is slow
Pains me to only give 3 stars as the products are great. But it's really annoying that the checkout page says the items ship immediately after ordering, but only after you complete the purchase, do you receive an email stating made-to-order items actually have a 7–14 business-day processing period before shipping. I don't mind waiting, but that extra processing time should be clearly disclosed before checkout.
