SO, i live in France, and if you don't know, it's hard to find pop culturethings in france,and i was looking for the katseye lightstick when i found THIS APP, it's not only a shop, it's a fandom app with a lot of things, i recommend to check it ! Even if your currency isn't dollars or wons, you can use paypal, personnaly i used eximbay, it is safe and very good, i recommend it. The problem when you order is the delivery, it's EXTREMLY EXPENSIVE, like the lightstick was 38 dollars ( approximatively 30 euros ) and at the end (with the less cost delivery mode) it was 65 dollars !!! (55 euros). BUT, i recommend using the most expensive delivery mode (tested with eximbay idk with paypal) because tracking is very good ! it sends you an email where you can see allll the steps, very good !
!!! IMPORTANT, FOR NOW I HAVENT RECIEVED THE LIGHTSTICK, I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW WHEN I'LL HAVE IT !!!
ALSO i recommend the website only to buy lighstick or things hard to find, don't buy albums that you can find somewhere else because the elivery is expensive

update: i received it a long time ago, good shipping, i recommend it for things you found nowhere else because it' expensive. Also don't ship to france because there are additionnal shipping taxes in France if you shipe from Asia

Do NOT give this company any of your data. It is impossible to get them to delete it. They are actively ignoring requests that you delete data. I made multiple attempts getting them to delete mine referencing my GDPR rights and they just basically tell you to go where the sun does not shine.

J'ai acheté CORTIS [RELEASE PARTY LIVE] The 1st EP [COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES] (Set) pour faire plaisir à ma fille. J'ai payé 65.59 dont 25 euro de frais d'envoi avec chronopost.
Chronopost nous a réclamé 29 euro pour le dédouanement et les tva.
Au total j'ai payé 94.59 euro alors qu'à la fnac j'aurais payé 65 euro.
N'achetez surtout pas sur weverse!

Une commande passée en avril. Et depuis rien. Pas de remboursement, pas de livraison. Ils me trouvent pas en France. Un service client nul : des réponses en espagnol et anglais. Je ́ne commanderais jamais rien chez eux.

Paid Content Blurry
WEVERSE updated the app April 2025 & since then all my paid content plays blurry. I have contacted WEVERSE support several times & they blame it on internet issues etc. or other excuses and have given me no support whatsoever in resolving the problem. I have spent over $1000 in paid content which is now useless. I have contacted the Korean Consumer Board and will research more on how to get them to address the issue many customers are having. It was playing just fine prior to that update.

Mon premier achat s'est bien passé mais le deuxième a été taxé par la douane (déjà, je n'étais pas au courant du risque de ces frais supplémentaires qui me semblaient inclus dans les 35 euros de shipping !) Et le colis n'a jamais été livré par nos amis de chronopost (je ne comprends pas qu'ils continuent à exister) et a été retourné.
Weverse ne veut ps renvoyer de colis et me facture le roundtrip alors qu'il n'y a aucune preuve de refus puisqu'ils ne sont jamais venus (mais je découvre fans un avis qu'ils peuvent faire de fausses signatures 😭).
Bref, j'ai perdu 70 euros et je n'ai pas mon disque.
Pour moi, weverseshop, c'est fini !!!

Premier problème : J’ai commandé plusieurs produits et j’ai payé les frais de port sur le site. Mais le jour de la livraison, le livreur me demande à nouveau de payer des frais de port. Je ne pense pas que c'était prévu.
Deuxième problème : J’ouvre mon colis (bien emballé, tous les produits sont présents), puis j’ouvre un album… et là, le CD est juste un disque en plastique transparent, en forme de CD..............
Grosse arnaque. J’attends donc un remboursement ou l’envoi du bon produit. Même si, au vu des avis, je n’en attends pas grand-chose.........

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service provided by Weverse. Shipping and tracking are consistently delayed, and your tracking system is inefficient. Customer service is unhelpful, providing generic, templated responses instead of addressing issues individually. Given the high charges, this level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Considerable number of orders for JITB HOPE edition from Weverse Global & USA still has not been shipped yet. Delayed shipment will negatively affect charting result. Plz make sure the shipment will be completed before August 24th.
App not compatible with Motorola phone
I ordered and received the Seventeen Lightstick Version 3. I have a Motorola phone, which apparently the app is not compatible with. Unless I change my phone I won't be able to use it at the concert. Not sure why this is happening, when I'm able to use the apps for every other light stick that I have on my phone. Not happy about this.

Simply Horrible
I was charged over $100 for shipping. Ok, understandable since it was 5 albums. However, the box arrived severely damaged. Luckily the items were fine and all accounted for, but $100 to have my box arrive looking like my neighbor's dog had a field day with it is unacceptable. Reached out to customer service and they told me to contact the shipper for a refund. How would the shipper refund me when I paid Weverse??? When questioned they just said "Sorry we can't help you" and closed the inquiry. Horrible customer service
UGH (literally)
Luckily I have a Korean address, because the shipping fees + customs to the EU are beyond ridiculous!! More than 150$ for 3 festa caps - I repeat: 3 CAPS?!?! Also, the membership kit takes forever to arrive, and sometimes they don't even ship it at all. Just open up a warehouse here already! With all the money we gave you, you should be able to afford it by now. Oh right, Europe is only good for fashion shows, not for concerts (dynamic pricing, amirite?) or selling merch for reasonable prices... My bad... If it weren't for the guys, we would have dropped y'all long, long ago.
