I ordered the artwork as a gift and the turn around time was quick! The charcoal sketch was amazing and turned out better than I expected, I would highly recommend!

For the first time using Whataportrait, I have to say I’m a very happy customer! They responded quickly to any of my questions. The artist did such a great job especially since all that I had was a wallet sized picture that was damaged. I had to scan it and it was very grainy on their end. I just can’t say enough about how well the painting turned out. Give them a try, I’m sure you’ll be just as happy with the outcome as I was.

My picture turned out to be incredible!! The picture was exactly as i expected plus more! Customer service was amazing! I had so many questions and every one of them were answered in a timely fashion! They were really nice especially knowing that i wanted this to be very special for my fiance. The prices are fair especially comparing them to other competitors. Only thing was i thought that my picture would be framed but this did not take away any points from them because they did not mention a frame in the description. Overall i would definitely recommend!

Had my painting in hand four weeks after ordering. Communication with the company was simple and effective. They did exactly what I asked. I am very pleased with the results.

What a portrait created a beautiful portrait of my fiancé and his mother who passed away. The picture I provided of his mother was not very clear but they were spot when painting her. The delivery process was fast and efficient. They made sure the keep the drawing in a sealed tube to protect the painting from any weather condition. This is something we will cherish forever!

I am never one to leave reviews but in this case I find it absolutely necessary. I ordered a portrait very early in December, knowing it would probably be ready after Christmas but it was a last minute idea. Not only did they finish a STUNNING portrait in under 2 weeks but they shipped it in time too!! Unfortunately within the DHL network my original portrait got damaged but again, whataportrait customer service reached out and told me that they can commission a brand new one for me. The second portrait, again, is beyond amazing. I received the portrait in just over 2 weeks after the first was damaged and the pictures don't even do it justice. This company and their customer service team are beyond remarkable. Thank you for bringing this special portrait to life. THANK YOU WHATAPORTRAIT!!!

When I order the picture of my son's dog they worked
with me to get it just right. Had to do a few changes
till I thought it looked perfect. I would definitely

I loved the end result, the ONLY thing I would have done differently, was played around with the options before selecting the oil print, I would of liked to seen what the watercolor looked like, or the pastel .. Never the less I was quite pleased with the oil painting and my boyfriend loved his present. So it's all good.

I’ve used Whataportrait for Xmas gifts the past 2 years. The sketches are really beautiful and spot on from the photos I’ve submitted. The products are created really quickly and are shipped in a safe container so they aren’t the least bit wrinkled. I highly recommend this company!
