I didn't think my request went through but i got a pleasant call back and was put in touch with a local tower. The whole thing was quick and easy

Wheelsaway offered a higher price than other competitors that I looked into. They had speedy response & great customer service. Our only hiccup was a miscommunication between Wheelsaway & the towing company that picked up the car, but Wheelsaway was very quick to correct it & make it right.

Wheels away was fine, however the subcontractors that pick up your car, in my case it was coparts, was a hassle with many phone calls and speaking to different people who obviously didn’t take notes to arrange pick up. When they did pick up my car, which had been towed to an auto repair shop, they wrote the check out to the auto repair shop instead of to me. I was lucky with my auto repair shop, not with coparts.

Wheelsaway was amazing! Not only were we able to get a well-used '94 Corolla hauled off, but Wheelsaway hooked us up with a service (Pull-a-Part) that actually paid us cash for money for it. From the get-go, the process was super easy, and Luke, especially, was very helpful in arranging the transaction. In fact, everyone we dealt with at Wheelsaway and Pull-a-Part was great -- an absolute rarity in today's era of "customer service."

The next day, when the tow operator, Tim, arrived, he was professional and personable, and within minutes we were counting the Benjamins as the ol' Toyota faded in the distance. Could not be more pleased with just how quick and easy the whole process was! Highly recommended!

You told me they would accept the cars without a title I have a title but it has not been notarized. It’s just been signed and the lady passed away so I can’t get it done and you told me they didn’t need one. I set everything up and they did need one.

I had contacted several different vendors when trying to sell my car. Wheelsaway gave me the best price by quite a bit and the pick up date was only two days away. The whole process was simple and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Didn't get the "guaranteed" amount. I was contacted twice by WheelsAway for details about the car. I explained (twice) that the titled owner of the car was deceased and my son was officially the estate administrator who gave me a bill of sale. I was told to have copies of the paperwork when the tow driver arrived. But when he arrived, I was told it was too much paperwork and the price was cut by 20%.

Pricing sucked truck was inspected and was I still running. Wanted to give me below scrap value 350.00. I took it to my local scrap yard and got 742.00. wouldn't recommend to anyone not even people I don't like .

What a great experience. Wheels away. Was without a doubt the best buyer I dealt with. I would recommend them very highly. Luke was a great person to talk to. He answered all my questions, and made this a pleasant experience. Price was great.
