We knew we could entrust the sale of our house to Belong estate agents when we first met James. We had received a few valuations on our property but we felt James was very honest about a realistic expectation to secure a quicker sale.

Excellent service from the team at Belong. James did our original viewing, we are familiar with the area, he is however very knowledgable. Communication from the team in the office was first class. Helen is reactive to all calls and emails, with very fast response times, she had no problem calling the vendor if we needed to know anything, and would liaise with the solicitors, again with excellent response times. Charlotte is very good too, if you left a message, again it was responded to super quick. Special mention to Daniel, each time I called is to the office, if Helen was busy, Daniel would engage in conversation, he’s super friendly and looks set to have a very bright future in estate agency.
