We packed as much as we could into boxes for them (non breakables) and it took them 4.5 hours to do all the rest, but still refused to drive 45 mins down the road to unload the same night. Instead, they slept in the lorry and delivered at 10am next day! They left loads of stuff behind in cupboards, damaged walls and doors, were throwing our stuff around and even let one box fall out of the lorry! He went to stop it, then changed his mind and just let go, letting it crash onto the floor!

The forgot the big barbecue we have, tried to tell us we didn’t tell them, then shoved it up high on top of boxes. They them tree their trolley on top of it, no regard for any damage it might cause! All this as I watched in horror!

We bought them drinks and they left the cans all over the house and front garden!

On delivery we found they had smashed our TV. On calling the company we were told we had to claim on our OWN insurance! So they smash things and we still have to fix it ourselves! Utter cowboys! Avoidance is recommended!!

Hired them to move house within the same town. They turned up an hour early which is great but would have been to tp be Informed. It was raining on the day and they put some of my furniture on the wet tarmac outside the lorry waiting to be loaded. The crew were fairly polite but when i reminded them of stuff that still needed to bw put in the lorry i seemed to get attitude from them. for a more expensive service than others I would expect more.

Brilliant work by the three lads, Harry, George and Rory who worked tirelessly and efficiently with great humour.

Can we have them back for the delivery in September?

Moving house after 21 years was a daunting prospect but Whites made the process as painless as possible. The movers were efficient and treated our belongings with care, noting all instructions as to what was going where. It was definitely worth having the packing service. The cost was competitive. We would definitely use Whites for any future move.

The skills of the men in handling big heavy items in restricted spaces was most impressive. No damage,no scratches,no marks.

The whole experience from the initial booking to delivery of my household items was excellent, the collection and delivery teams were professional, polite and extremely conscientious, they took great care with my items and I was amazed at how quickly my home was in the back of and then also out of the lorry, I would highly recommend White and Company I was assigned the Bournemouth branch upon booking, a 'five star' service was provided throughout.

Crew were punctual and highly professional and efficient. Last move of 17 and by far the best we have experienced.

Karen the administrator was invaluable throughout the planning and customs clearance process .

During the packing and removals Dave and the team were brilliant. Our house isn’t the easiest to navigate with awkward stairs and doors but nothing was problem for these absolute pro’s and they carried out their duties without fault and a smile on their faces.

The Van arrived to our new property in The Netherlands bang on time and Jason and George jumped straight out and cracked on unloading.
The unloading was swift and faultless, nothing was ever a problem and to our delight everything was unpacked without any breakages or damages.

What had the potential to be a stressful experience was actually anything but that.
It was a well oiled machine and all of the staff involved are a credit to the company.

10/10- Would definitely use again.
