Excellent service from booking to unloading. A long haul from Lancaster to Kent needing a large van. Gaffer Kevin and assistant Oscar were brilliant throughout, very friendly and helpful, accommodating all our little requests, despite having to wait until 4.30 p.m. for the completion of our house purchase and access to the property, and they did not finish until 8.30 p.m. White & Co. can be highly recommended, and the price was very reasonable considering the large load and long distance. Well done!

On time, courteous, friendly, helpful, efficient, careful and tidy.

Service was excellent from start to finish. Surveyor was helpful and boxes for packing delivered in good time. Stuart and Dave were lovely. It was a long move from Yorkshire Dales to Devon. They offloaded everything at the various storage places. Happily trudged the length of the garden to put away garden furniture. Highly recommend this company

Very professional and a great set of guys. Worked extremely hard over the period of move from Lancashire to Derbyshire. Communication excellent and contents packed and loaded very very carefully both ends.
Very highly recommended if you want peace of mind to what is a stressful process. Five star rating from me.

David and Nial were absolutely amazing. Moving my elderly parents was never going to be easy but these two absolute heroes were fantastic obliging anything I asked with the absolute upmost understanding respect. I have nothing but positive words and I am grateful for making this process less stressful.. thanks very much

Whites moved our effects from our house yesterday to go into storage awaiting our move to Spain.
Steve and Nathan were excellent, arriving on time and working so hard all day.
They were both lovely, polite lads and very respectful of our property. We had a few quotes and Whites were somewhere in the middle and we're so glad we chose them.
Also, Deborah in the Lancaster office is extremely helpful and efficient as it's such a complicated procedure since Brexit. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

White and Company have been excellent from the initial quote to the delivery of our belongings. We were kept informed at all times and they responded quickly to our late change of plan. All of the staff from Lancaster we dealt with were polite, cheerful, helpful and importantly careful with our belongings. The removal staff arrived on time each day and delivered on time. We wouldn't hesitate to use White and Company again

1) You phone up and get answered in person straight away.
2) Packing boxes are delivered ahead of moving date, with loads of tape provided
3) Smart lorries/vans turn up on time
4) Men are all smart, respectful, polite and very hard working
5) Everything kept clean and tidy

White & Co enabled a successful cross country move despite the moving date changing several times at short notice. Tommy C, Niall J and David A were friendly polite, punctual hard working and very accommodating.
Melisa and Martin were always available to help in the process in a friendly manner.

All the team were very helpful! Jonathan was fantastic with his estimate and providing the boxes above and beyond! Tommy and David and the rest of the crew couldn't do enough for us making what should of been a stressful day a lot more relaxed.

We had a good experience with White & Company. The people that came to move our furnitures were really polite, friendly and overall they made a good job.
The used plastic cover on the rouge surfaces of the new property and door cover protection in both properties.
The service was overall great, but unfortunately one of our wardrobe came out damaged by the move. They dismantle it and struggled to rebuild it. At the end they built it up but the furniture now has scratches that we cannot remove.
We already moved this furniture in the past and didn't have this problem.

Everyone in the company was helpful and efficient. They made the whole experience as easy as possible and nothing was too much trouble. This is the second time I have used White’s and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Moving is always a stressful time but they made it so easy. Packed everything up quickly and securely and unpacked everything where we wanted. They gave us the time to worry about everything else involved in the moving process because we knew our belongings were in good hands.

The whole team at White & Co were amazing. Filled us with confidence at this stressful time. So very helpful all along.
The chaps on the moving days worked unbelievably hard and all in good humour. Even carrying our piano up and down lots of steps!! One even gave us a tune when it was all completed.

The company is very professional. The people are super helpful and friendly and careful with our furniture and walls when emptying our house as well as moving us into our new property, using door covers and wrapping furniture etc.
Removal staff were really polite and couldn’t do enough to help. We have moved lots of times but this was our first time using White & Company (a recommendation from friends who used them when moving from the Netherlands to UK), and we can’t recommend them enough.

Initially I struggled dealing with Whites but the day of the move went really well. One of the movers Steve was great. Very informative about what they were doing, communicated everything to me.

Steve and Nathan from the Lancaster branch were extremely friendly and helpful. Very quick, professional and careful throughout the whole process. 5/5!
