great company and software is great and well worth 5 star, however. im giving it a 2 star because they don't listen to customers, people have been asking and waiting 6 years for a simple plugin to allow an upload box on an order form so customers can upload things like logos or photos to there order,

6 years to totally crazy for something that is simple and is well requested from there uses.

WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS: Check your PayPal transactions against your WGS invoices immediately.

We have been a WHMCS Global Services customer since 2016 (VMware module, $49.90/quarter). After conducting a forensic audit of all 41 invoices cross-referenced with our complete PayPal transaction history, we discovered systematic duplicate billing spanning 4+ years.

THE MECHANISM: Our PayPal subscription charges $49.90 on the 21st of each quarter (the due date). WGS's system then adds a $4.99 "late fee" on the 22nd — ONE DAY AFTER the payment was already processed. We then paid a second time ($54.89) because the invoice showed a balance. Result: $104.79 charged for a $49.90 service. Every quarter.

This pattern was confirmed across 5 consecutive quarters with verifiable PayPal Transaction IDs.

WE REPORTED THIS IN 2021: In December 2021, we reported this exact problem via support tickets #411849 and #658467. Their agent acknowledged the error and removed late fees four times. They never fixed the root cause. The problem continued for 4 more years.

THE CLAIM: We filed a formal claim for $549.52 on April 4, 2026. What followed was 25 days of broken promises:
- First they denied any duplicate billing
- After we provided PayPal Transaction IDs, they offered a "credit balance" (implicit admission)
- They committed IN WRITING to refund $384.85 — twice
- Six written commitments over 25 days. Zero fulfilled.
- Three PayPal disputes resolved in our favor ($164.67). They still owe $384.85.

We have compiled a complete forensic evidence package with all PayPal Transaction IDs, invoice screenshots, support ticket transcripts and audit spreadsheets.
