I’ve been shopping with whole sale 7 for 3 years and I never had a problem all my items come on time

Ils ont de beaux produits mais le service client, le traitement de commande et la livraison est beaucoup trop longue! Ils avaient dit maximum 15 jours mais il a fallut déjà 15 jours de traitement de commande , après 15 jours de traitement de commandes ils m’ont annoncer certains articles de ma commande étaient en rupture, j’ai donc choisi d’autre vêtements pour remplacer ça et 4 jours plus tard ils me disent encore les articles en rupture!!!! Ils ne font aucun geste commercial pour s’excuser et j’ai reçu ma commande 1 semaine après j’ai attendu + d’un mois pour ma commande. Je ne pense plus commander chez eux

I’ve been ordering a little over a year. My items are always shipped on time, we always get think worked out if it’s a problem and the clothes are great quality

Was the worse experience ever, when I buy same they I told the was super important, they told me to don’t worried as I pay quick delivery so I get it soon.
After more than 10 days waiting I ask what’s going on, they write me your order is being send Waite 24Hr.
I was waiting a week!!! I ask every day and every day they say Waite 24Hr.
After one week with that situation I ask them to give me tracking number and information of delivery company, they say fedex loss the package…. I tell them how hungry I was and they answer sorry was a mistake and is been send now… 5 day more waiting I ask and they told me fedex can’t send it, they say they will send with Ups and after 5 more days they cancel my order.

That order was really important for our business Thais other company give me solution.

Don’t buy here because you will spend time and money, I have already opened International dispute again this company.

My experience shopping at this store online is great, good quality and accurate pictures. It’s not perfect but it’s useable dependable and good

They the worse vendor I’ve ever used. After trying and trying they mess up something in my order every time. They don’t even require sales permits and they still pictures and remake clothes in “Chinese size” we have to stop letting them take our money because they just send you anything and quality be thin and cheap af. When you let them know about a mistake they made you have to spend MORE money just to receive a refund or they will under price you. I hate this vendor

Ok. Mixed up my order missing items

I’ve been a loyal customer and I will no longer be shopping here. They keep sending me dirty, stained, damaged items and they also keep missing items. When I sent them proof, they don’t really do anything about it but try to get you to waste more money on their products that do not look anything like the photos they post. The sizes are always completely off and their clothes are such low quality yet they charge retail prices for see through items with bad stitching. Their items won’t last more than 2 washes. Don’t waste your money here, they’re frauds.

Have several unauthorized charges from this company and the phone numbers listed are disconnected

I was skeptical at first but I've had good experiences with wholesale7.net. My issues were always resolved by me reaching out to customer service in the app. My items have always arrived on time and are of great quality. I'm looking for a long term vendor and I believe I've found one.

I’ve ordered more than once and although their preparation took a while the shipping was fast and they are great on customer service. I appreciate Claire because she is great and on time with communication.

I recently ordered 18 outfits for me and my whole family. I was worried because of the pandemic I knew that everything was slowed down. But Wholesale 7 stayed in contact with me every time I emailed them they responded back right away. The clothes came and the quality of the clothes was amazing the prices also were incredibly low.
