Great products only issue is paid for one day delivery and came 4 business days later. There was no disclaimer stating need two days to process order prior to payment, until a confirmation email was sent the next day. Other wise 5 stars .

I like there product and their…
I like there product and their processing is fast. Only thing I don't like is it seems to me any Joe can buy at wholesale prices. If that is the case then why is this called wholesale? I also buy bulk Hemp and their prices are double. I feel if your not a registered business, you should not get the same prices as a registared business does. We pay federal, state, local taxes, store rent, and utilities and more. I don't know if I'm missing something here but I had a customer that has no job paying the same price as I do. So this is not wholesale, it needs to be called discounted.

Missing refund
I placed an order incorrectly and tried to call to change the order the next day. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. Instead to correcting the order he canceled it and said place another order. That would be fine but I still haven’t received my refund for the first order and it’s been a week. I probably won’t order again from this site.
Edit: First of all it’s incredibly inappropriate to post my information on a public website and I ask you to edit your response. Secondly, my bank hasn’t received a refund to process. I’ve called my bank.
I would be happy to update my review when I finally get my refund so I can reorder and try your product. I want to believe this is a trustworthy company to buy flower from and I will give it a try if I ever get my refund.

Steven,
Your order was refunded shortly after you asked us to do so on 4/22. Refund confirmation is below. We aren't your bank, so we have no control over how long they take to process credits back to your account.
APRIL 22
You sent an order cancelled SMS to Steven Bowman (+1 731-693-2607).
You sent an order cancelled email to Steven Bowman (sbbowman1@gmail.com).
You canceled this order. Reason: Customer changed/canceled order.
You refunded $919.99 USD on the Visa ending in 3198.
Very polite, even when I was in the wrong.
I had recently posted complaint but realized that it my fault. In the last couple of months CBD Hemp Direct has always treated me well, even though I was mad at them (again the issue was my fault). If you call or text, you will get a response back within an hour or two at most. Shipping is always free with my order which is a major plus. Bottom line, this company treats me very well and I hope to do business with these folks for a long time. 💯

Fast fulfillment, fast shipping, very tasty and effective product. Only thing I could recommend is adding a couple more humidity packs to the lb sizes when shipped out. Ordered 3 times now, no problems. Recommended and legitimate.
