I ordered a Putting Thing, paid full price from the website and it was never delivered. I have reached out to their customer service several times and had no response. Very Poor

Featured on GOLF.com and trusted by hundreds of thousands of golfers—from weekend warriors to PGA Tour pros—our mission is simple: help you suck less at golf. WhyGolf designs original, high-quality golf practice equipment that helps you build a repeatable swing and consistency in your golf game. Whether it's in your full swing, short game, or putting, we have a training aid for you. Our golf training aids include the best-selling Putting Thing, a putting training aid featured by GOLF.com with adjustable gates that fosters start line control, speed control, proper alignment, and green reading—and also acts as a putting mirror for perfect eye and shoulder alignment. The Putting Thing is currently used by a number of PGA Tour players, including several major champions. The Pressure Plate + Power Wedge is a golf balance board and swing trainer that teaches you how to use the ground for effortless power, rotation, and consistency. The Power Wedge attachment helps ensure you develop the ability to push off your trail leg to maximize your power through impact. We’ve also built the WhyGolf App, the AI golf coach and stat tracking app that helps you analyze your golf swing, post to GHIN, and get personalized tips from WhysGuy AI. Currently available for iOS and Android devices, the WhyGolf App also includes a revolutionary Green Reader - a unique green reading feature that indicates how much a putt will break given the side slope percentage, up/down slope percentage, speed of the greens, and length of the putt. WhyGolf is taking the golf training world by storm—trusted by over 100,000 golfers worldwide and growing quickly.

No problem, Mr. Hack. Happy to refund your money. Not every product works for every golfer. That’s for sure. Thanks for giving it a try. Brad
Balance board arrived in Vancouver
Balance board arrived in Vancouver, BC Canada very quickly. It is heavy and well built. Really makes you put pressure into your feet to move it. I would say the only thing I do not like is the plastic surface where your feet go...in no-cleat golf shoes it is a bit slippery and when you put the pressure on sometimes my feet slip/rotate. Perhaps that's why with others they have that sandpaper where your feet go? Anyway, overall a good, quality product.

Thanks for the review and feedback, Stephen. My suggestion is to use a relatively soft soled rubber shoe when using it, like a sneaker and many golf shoes these days. I think that problem should diminish or go away. Brad

Too Quiet!!!
The beeping is not nearly loud enough to hear. Impossible for me to tell when the cord is coming disconnected

Antwoord van WhyGolf
Hi Tim. Well that sucks. Sorry about that. We had some people who wanted it quieter, but it sounds like we went too far. We'll send you one with a louder beep and will be updating the firmware in the future on them to make them louder. My apologies. Brad

Right idea
Right idea; however, it is hard to get it adjusted and tends to shift a bit on your glove and arm.

Hey Jeff, I think we can sort things out for you with a quick call, but in the meantime, start with the alarm case about 1/2" above where you wear your watch and snug it down tight. The second thing is to make sure the clip is on your glove all the way past the elastic band in the glove. That should solve your issues. I'll email you as well. Brad

Alignment Disc Cracks
Had no idea the alignment disc was ceramic. The first time I hit the alignment rod it cracked the disc around the rod and it keeps getting worse every time I hit the rod.
I would have thought this would have been made out of a material that wouldn’t break.
Poorly made especially for the money

Tom, so sorry you had a problem with your disc. This shouldn’t have happened and not something we’ve seen more than a few times. I’ve already refunded everything you paid to us for the disc. Thanks for giving us a try and again, my apologies for the issues you experienced. Brad
