Excellent website, great selection

Wonderful website, easy to navigate and lots of great products at low prices

This site was so easy to use and very informative. We cannot wait to receive our swing set and enjoy a lifetime of playing and creating happy memories.

I refer to my earlier review where I was unhappy with the delay on delivery. Wickey since contacted me and were a pleasure to deal with offering a full refund. The product eventually arrived and the kids love it so all ended well.

I refer to my earlier review below. Since the date of this review, wickey contacted me and offered me a partial refund for the inconvenience that they caused. This was very much appreciated along with the fact that they followed up with me on my review. It's now 4 months on from my purchase and the product is quite good and the children in the family absolutely love it. So considering all of this it's only fair that I upgrade my review. At the end of the day the unit is very good and is weathering very well so I'm upgrading my review to 4 stars.

Great selection of what appear to be good quality products for our DIY pirate ship. Shopping was quick and easy. Looking forward to receiving our items.

A lot on offer. Kids had their preferences I had mine, but we managed to agree. To have colour choices was ideal, now boys and girls are equally happy.

I honestly believe that the 5 star reviews left here are fake! Probably left by the company itself, I would never order from wickey.ie again, for a start they dupe you into thinking they're an Irish company with .ie in the title and also having 00353 on the start of the phone number which is the Ireland prefix for phone numbers. When infact it's in Germany. Took nearly 3 months for my 750 euro swing/slide/playet to arrive, when it did arrive it's all in tiny bits its going to take forever to build. I don't even know if all the correct peices are there, you are apparently supposed to 'check' before the delivery driver leaves which would be impossible as it would take hours going through all the pieces of wood and the confusing instructions, ordered a baby swing and rubber mats the same day, they still haven't arrived, after numerous emails sent from me (all unanswered) and phone calls where they couldn't even understand English, they emailed me 3 weeks ago to say my order (swing and mats) was being dispatched from their warehouse. Yesterday I emailed saying I received nothing and want a refund. Today they emailed to say the items I ordered are out of stock! And apparently have been for months so why would they email to say my order was being dispatched and why did they take my 53 euro in the first place and let me order them! Absolute joke of a company, I know someone else who was also waiting months and had a terrible experience, definitely avoid this company!!

Buying experience was easy and hassle free. They also promptly replied to a query I had about an additional item.

The most disgraceful company I’ve ever dealt with .. ordered slide on the 23rd March . Received new damaged slide on the 29th April.. started looking for refund on the 30th April.

Damaged slide was collected on the 10th June after numerous emails.

Eventually I was just giving up and sent them an honest and heart felt email
on 23rd June.

Got full refund on 23rd June.
All in all 3 months it went on for

Ordered product beginning of May a swing nest and a climbing rope.. took money from my account and then I received a confirmation email saying delivery between 13-16days. At the beginning of June I received a generated email saying supply bottlenecks expect delay. I replied to email as advised and received the same computer generated email in reply no additional information about my specific order. Have looked to cancel order and get refund and again a computer generated reply ignoring my request. Very poor customer service. There was no mention of delays on the website when I placed the order whereas other websites had declared no available stock. If you don't have the items in stock you should not sell them on your website. Very disappointed child also waiting on these items which she purchased out if her own money.
