There is such a large range of scents to choose from. I have tried other wax melts and these are the best by far. Long lasting and have strong aroma’s. Arrive well packaged. I have never had any problems with orders and deliveries.

Mum rang me to say her package arrived in very good condition. Everything in it was carefully wrapped. She was delighted with that "birthday surprise parcel".

I placed my Scentsy order online with Alexandra and received it very quickly. Alexandra was very helpful when I had a problem with my bank's verification process, during the payment process and she was good enough to check with me afterwards that it had been successfully resolved. Had some trouble ordering on the website but I was able to contact this company very easily and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my products! It was Alexandria I dealt with and she was so kind and helpful! If I could give this 10 stars I would!! And to top it all off the products are AMAZING!!! I tried other wax melts while I was waiting for my order and everyone who came to the house agreed they couldn’t compare! The smell is so strong and they last for ages! Never using any other wax melts again! 10/10

Ah, you've gotta experience this personal service yourselves to believe me. There is nothing better than ordering items you love and feeling the love from a business like this. Not only is Alexandra on point with her timely email responses but it feels like you've known her for years! She also remembers to drop you an email to check you are happy and in receipt of the delivery. I mean for me it's always been the little touches that'll bring me back and these guys are truly a pleasure to engage with.

Recieved my scentsy waxmelts although my order was delayed I have no other complaints with any products, I have been gifted with plug ins and waxmelts all I can say is excellent quality, you just have to give them ago, fab scent all around the house. Would recomend all products and great company to deal with five stars from me 🤗🤗😘
