The wig i brought took forever to come and i had to message them about it. First day i took the wig out pack and tried to adjust it on my head the lace ripped. I have been wearing wigs for 5-6 years and i have never had a lace that bad of quality. I contacted them and all they were willing to do is give me a 25$ discount on another wig and i had already spent 240$ on that one and never even wore it! 2 thumbs down! Company sucks

It took about 2 weeks to receive the wig because the wig was being custom colored. I order a 5x5 copper brown curtain bang wig. When it arrived and I took it out of the bag it smelled like it had been processed with chemicals. The hair was dry and very shiny like it was synthetic or had synthetic fibers in it. The hair doesn't hold a curl either. I order a 20 inch when I received it, it was about 16inches. The hair sheds!!!. You definitely can't put the wig on and just go outside it needs work but it was pre-curled. I had to wash the hair to put hydration back into it and all of the color went down the drain. A beauty store wig would've done so much better!!!! Order at your own risk! Highly disappointed.

I am absolutely in love with my lace unit from Wiggins Hair! The hair feels so luxurious, the curls are bouncy, soft, and beautiful right out of the package. There was little to no shedding, which is a huge plus for me. The unit came pre-plucked, making installation much easier and giving it a natural look.

The customer service was amazing from start to finish, and I really appreciated all the extra goodies included with the wig. Everything exceeded my expectations! The quality of the hair, the softness, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be purchasing from Wiggins Hair again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality wig! 💕✨-Sa’de S

My experience was awesome per usual. They helped me pick out what inch I wanted for my convenience to get it on time. Wig arrived good quality full with no shedding. I got my hair in 3 days. Pre plucked and pre bleached. The lace is very natural no makeup or bleach needed. Customer service is always great.

I love my wig! This is my 6th one. Shipping was fast! Custom service was great, per usual. And the quality is amazing. I will be ordering another one soon.

Wiggins lied that FedEx denied claim of package delivery to wrong location. I reached out to them and they asked for pictures of my address, my apartment door, and surrounding area. They then used that info yo file a claim. They received claim from FedEx, FedEx confirmation through me communicating with them through multiple phone calls that they approved return of funds and it went to shipper. I reached out to Wiggins multiple times through email, and every time I was told claim was denied by FedEx. I asked for proof of denial and they kept sending me the pictures of my apartment door, the FedEx delivery picture, and their missing delivery but missing package page. They sent my credit card picture of delivery and FedEx delivery info saying delivery was confirmed. The picture of FedEx delivery and my apartment are completely different but they never sent my credit card my proof of apartment, that they required. So its obvious they lied to my credit card so they can still get paid from credit card and FedEx, and no replacement of item to me. This is fraud and a scam. They getting twice the payment

I ordered a 14 and a 16 and they both were the same size. Also my wig was not HD transparent what I ordered it as always as I see the reviews the hair stick up at crown they hard to lay down. This is my first time try this company. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I heard good things about this company and wanted to give it a try. The first wig I received was poor quality, and even my beautician said the lace was no good and that the curls didn’t hold at all. The wefts were poorly sewn. I reached out to them about my concerns and received a lot of pushback, with them claiming they only make high-quality wigs. This unit was almost $400, but they only offered me a $10 credit. I had to keep pushing to get a $50 refund, which felt like a slap in the face. During this process, I was still waiting to receive another unit I ordered for to be installed for my graduation/vacation, but I never received it. Now, I’m waiting up to 45 days for an investigation into a lost package. I would never order from this company again. They lack ownership and the customer service is poor.

This was my first time ordering a wig so I was completely nervous but this wig turned out to be perfect !! I had to do NOTHING but put it on.

The hair I got was a “24” straight hd closure wig.

But the wig I got the hair was supper thin. If I put my pointer finger and thumb together on the same hand and make a circle that’s how thick the bundles were all together!! U could see right through it fresh out the pack
The price was 341$ and some change at 24in but it gave 18 20 inch very short.

I usually buy from this company no problems but yea this was a no go I just resold the wig for a cheaper price to get cash quick in order to order from wig dealer instead.

I am updating my review. I originally stated that wiggins hair company customer service was terrible. They have since corrected that by allowing me to return a perfectly unused wig and have also after their inspection refunded the cost paid for the wig. I appreciate them making the change and have now show my appreciation by updating my review

Very unhappy with the way they’ve changed. In 2021, I spent $1500 on hair and was so happy at the time I thought I could rely on the quality being the same. I bought, a $500 raw virgin hair HD lace wig and it came with a Lagos hair line ( not on listing ), the hair smelled so full of chemicals and to this day after over a month and several washes still has that slight smell. Also no matter what I do to the hair: style with mouse, olaplex oil, straighten. It still frizzes IMMENSLY. I am very unhappy with this, for $500 I expected better.

I was going to make a review on TikTok but didn’t feel comfortable because I was so unhappy with my wig.

Wiggins Hair has been the best hair provider so far I have bought from and I tell you they are on point, from customer service to the quality of their hair. And this is my honest opinion, no collaboration or sponsor just the truth.

I have been wearing wigs for over 15 years and I’ve never had a wig that sheds like this wig. Just running my fingers through it hair comes out. I’ve conditioned it with the best and if you just shake your head it sheds all on my bathroom floor. I would never purchase another wig from them.

The wig arrived the exact time I was told it would. My hairdresser had so much fun installing it on me cause it’s so easy and soft and didn’t need any pre-bleaching or pre-plucking. Will definitely shop again💗

I am filing this complaint regarding deceptive and unethical business practices by this seller on TikTok Shop.

After purchasing a wig advertised as 18 inches, I left an honest review based on my experience. The seller then contacted me outside of the TikTok platform and offered me a free replacement product in exchange for deleting my review. I was persuaded to delete my honest review in good faith.

After I deleted the review, the seller sent a replacement wig claiming it was 18 inches. However, the wig measures approximately 14 inches and was packaged in an 18-inch labeled bag, which I believe is misleading. When I questioned the discrepancy, the seller blocked me.

I am not seeking a refund. My concern is the seller’s manipulation of customer reviews, deceptive product representation, and blocking communication after misleading conduct. I have screenshots of the off-platform messages offering compensation in exchange for deleting my review, as well as photos showing the actual wig length and packaging.

I am requesting that this business be investigated for deceptive practices and review manipulation.

I received a HORRIBLE unit that they offered to refund me a whooping $20 for. The wefts were totally visible and could be seen no matter how the hair was styled. I went back and forth with them for DAYS. do not but from these horrible people with their horrible wigs!!!

I love Wiggins company so much, I will continue to shop here all of there wigs a high quality long lasting & succeeded my expectations. So many different color choices& styled looks making getting ready so much easier 10/10 ❤️🏆👌
you are able to choose a higher density creating more volume I adore a full look . Cap sizes are provided what more can I ask for ❤️
