I ordered last Feb 12 2023 a wig with the following des. Hair material synthetic hair short cap less density 120% which I paid $41.32. Up to now have not received. 25857 Singing Hills Dr Apt 209 Valencia Ca 91355.

I ordered 2 wigs from this company around the time I began chemo for stage 2 breast cancer. I initially emailed them about updating the address and received an immediate response stating they would update the address and it would take up to 18 days for processing and up to 7 days for shipping. This was on 1/9/23. I began emailing again around 2/14/23 because I had not received the product yet. There was zero response to multiple emails. I ended up having to reach out to my bank to file a fraudulent charge claim. The most disappointing part is that I had to shave my head due to my chemo treatments and was really hoping to have these wigs to provide a sense of normalcy after losing my hair. Luckily, a wig was donated to me through the cancer center I am receiving treatments at. I was highly dissatisfied with this company and do NOT recommend them.

there is one shipment cie which ischinese and the delivery address was in France. I paid for express shipment !

This company does false advertisement. The wigs you get will look NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING like what you order. I ordered $348 for 3 wigs and all 3 were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then what website shows. They refuse to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or you will be disputing with your credit card company like me. You can see from my pictures from what I ordered to the crap wigs I received

I'd give a 0 but i had to give a value in order to continue a review. Ordered wig on Nov 3,2021 Dec 1st. Was sent wrong color and was in a box looked like a rats nest. Had to email because China would be expensive process. Told them it was wrong color and wrong size, that it wasn't what I asked for. They said send pics and it would be reviewed. A week later they responded by saying it was custom made for me and the color was close to what I asked for, that "they" thought it looked very nice and high quality workmanship. They said I can keep it and they'll refund me $20.00 from the $166.00 plus tax. What they do is use celebrity pics and other professional hairstyles and post them as this is what you'll receive. IT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. ONCE THEY RECIEVE YOUR MONEY THEY'LL SEND OUT GARBAGE AND REFUSE A REFUND.
It's not illegal to charge someone for something close to what you pay. It's impossible to get your money back because your dealing with a company China that's outsiders. They will argue and push their products on to you using someone else's images as their product(s)
You can see it through Amazon ads. Using someone's ads and copy to their site. Don't be Shanghai'ed by China's products.

Do NOT buy from them. The wig I ordered was NOT the wig I received. I threw that crap in the trash. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from these clowns. Save yourself time, aggravation and money. Dam

I ordered a wig from WigsBuy. I never received a tracking notice of any kind. The wig looks nothing like the picture, feels like straw, has a cowlick, very poor quality. I have requested a refund, denied. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself a lot of grief and do not buy from WigsBuy.

They advertise 100% satisfaction guarantee, send you a poor quality wig, refuse to honor the return policy without fighting with them, and then send you return instructions which violate Federal customs laws. They ask you to return the items as "gifts or samples" and to underreport the value of the item - and this is in writing! So you are required to break the law in order to return items to them. I've reported them for customs violations but they should not be allowed to do business in the US.

If I had the option to give a zero, that would be my rate. I ordered wig color HH#1B, which is a short gray color. I ordered it on 07-14-2022 and received it 09-01-2022. What I received is a dark brown wig that looks awful. DO NOT waist your money with this company.

They do not honor their return policy. They send you multiple emails asking for the same information. Their goal is for you to get frustrated and give up. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is a scam company. Complete rip off.

I spent nearly $200 to get a wig that took three weeks to arrive and looks nothing like the picture. What I ordered was ash blonde human hair with beachy waves. What I got was a yellow blonde shiny synthetic mess of bouncy curls. I'm going to have to make it work somehow since the cost to ship it back to China is too high. I tried leaving a negative review on their website but it wouldn't post.

Its a scam, i would avoid them. I had to negotiate, to get back 60% refund for a wig that was absolutely nothing like advertised. Then i had to pay an expensive postal fee, to return the item to them, in China, and then 6 months later, the wig arrived back to me in the post!!...Dodgy as you like!

This is nothing like the wig I ordered online. They are misleading. The pictures that they display of the wig is nothing like what you will receive. Beware.

i wish i had read the reviews before i ordered the wig am out the money and still do not have a wig. they have no customer support. beware do not do business with this company.

Negative -10 if I could give it. As others have said, the wigs look great online, but are not the same when you get them. They are poor quality, matted at the top. I asked for refund or replacement and they wanted $15 more to "offset" shipping. Wanted me to ship back to China address which would cost $47! Then finally realized their warranty said they had US warehouse so asked to return to that address, to which they agreed. They have had the wig back since 12/6/21 - it's now April - no replacement, no refund. They will scam you out of your money and send your poorly worded emails that don't answer your question if they respond at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - there are too many other good places to buy wigs from. They're "cheap" for a reason. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered THE most gorgeous wig a few years back, I was so glad I found it, I went round telling everyone about this gorgeous , massive Cynthia Bailey style afro wig I ordered but when it came LORD have mercy! The thing looked more like a Bill Bailey hair style more than Cynthia Bailey, and it would just about fit the head of a newborn baby! It was a joke! Disgusting insult and even IF the company had the decency to answer my emails, which they ignored, It would have me cost too much to send it back. I wrote reviews back then (on Wigsbuy site) but surprise surprise they were NEVER EVER published, the only reviews published on there were nice reviews ( which I don't believe we're genuine for one second). Reviews that said how gorgeous the wigs were and how they looked just like the pictures! LIES. the wig I received was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! That is why , although it was about 4 or more years back, and I see honest reviews getting through on this site I felt I must now take my opportunity to warn people. Avoid Wigsbuy like the plague at all costs. Please read the reviews and read all reviews before purchasing anything. Wicked,lying, heartless con artists are everywhere. Be warned.

Ordered this wig In January, order number 1386806. (I am posting the order number to prove my earnestness.). Website had said it passed quality inspection. Then no more updates, no wig was sent. I emailed them on four separate occasions, asking for an update. No response. Do not purchase anything from this Business! It is a complete fraud and sham and you will lose money! (I am out $166, that's a lot of money.)

Zero stars...Wish I’d read the reviews for this company prior to my disappointing purchase. The wig arrived from a China address with no instructions for returns or exchange. The wig looks nothing like the website pictures.
