I ordered a wig as I was having a bout of gender dysphoria.
After a week I had changed my mind and attempted to contact them to cancel. I tried email and telephone. No reply to either and I left a message.
The wig - or what resembles a dead cat, arrived at my door this morning. I was in the middle of a meeting and took the package without enquiring who it was from, as I'd received no notification that it would be arriving today.
Needless to say, I'm likely stuck with this thing I don't want or need. I will be contacting Paypal to see if I have any recourse.
I don't even really care about the money. It's the principle of simply scamming people for their money.

Please pay attention to these comments. I too was a victim of ordering and received a wig I would never wear. They emailed you with malicious lies. I use paypal who went to bat for me & made a home rub to help me get my refund back. Every time I see this name I get so angry they are scamming people. They are in China took over a month too received something I didn't order. Buyer Be Extremely Aware! No joke!

I ordered a wig express mail for my mother on chemo and haven’t received anything. Don’t use these people. If I can I’m going to file criminal charges.

When ordering, they will say check your email for the order number but they never send the order number in your email. You can not tract your order because their website requires an order number for you to communicate with them thru the CHAT. I was smart enough to screen shot the transaction that is why I have the confirmation number as my proof of the transaction. On their website , it says product will be delivered in 5 days but it never did. Disputed this with my bank and in a few days, product arrived after 5 weeks. Product is far different from what I ordered. I ordered human hair topper but they send synthetic wig. Problem with returning the merchandise, address is LAX sorting facility. I emailed them 2x, left a message on their phone several times... no answer on where I can return the product.

This is not a reputable company, I would suggest calling your bank and getting your money refunded and letting them know that this is a scam!!!!!!!

Scam

Ordered two expensive wigs for my mom 2-10-2025 and have not received anything. I sent an email which said they would respond in 12 hours and they never did. I can’t believe I fell for this.

Did not get the wig I ordered. Have sent 5 messages and a chat message and received no response. Have been writing them for a month. B. Polk

I am unsure if this company cares about reviews but i would like everyone who is thinking of ordering to be aware. You are NOT ordering from a US company altho it seems that way. Communication is really good when you are enquiring and thinking about it. Delivery time is poor.and you won't be getting an email confirmation when it is being shipped. Shipping time is longer than expected. Funny how when you threaten for a refund through Paypal, then your order is being delivered to you. Quality of wig is good but that does not compensate for the fact that one might initially think that they are being scammed.

I ordered a lace front wig, and it’s the most comfortable and realistic one I’ve ever owned. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was beautiful. Their return policy gave me peace of mind, but I didn’t even need it—the wig was perfect! This is hands down the best wig retailer I’ve come across.

Ordered straight 14 inch wig, received wavy wig. Tried straightening hair to no avail.
I am the niece of a very important diplomat and will be lobbying for this company to be shut down.
FAKE FAKE FAKE.
They have not responded to my email so I will post on every social platform I can.

Ordered a short cut human hair it noting like the picture this wig looks Durand nasty hair fall out I pay 113 dollars for something that absolutely trash no refund I was thinking the purchase was from the USA it from China to h is company needs to be shut down

Before I purchased wigs from this vendor, I Googled Wigstrends Trustpilot and their name did not come up here in the UK, so I proceeded to purchase two wigs totalling over £400. BIG MISTAKE!
I ordered on the 22nd of October 2024. Whilst waiting for the wigs after a couple of weeks, I emailed and phoned they. They never bothered to respond. On the 11th of November 2024, I I received a tracking number from China and on the 18th of November 2024 the wigs arrived. They looked absolutely nothing like the photos! They are cheap and nasty! There is no sense in contacting them for a refund because they won't answer and this is how they make money.
I don't understand why, when I Googled Wigstrends Trustpilot review nothing came up. Only to see the reviews when I went on Trustpilot.com. Too late however. For anyone else...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I wish I can upload photos of the two wigs from their website and upload the photos of what I received for everyone to see.

I placed an order on August 8, 2024. To date, I have not received my order. Customer service responds intermittently without resolve. I have repeatedly requested a refund if they could not mail my order.

I would suggest this company shut down. They is no customer service. I don’t enjoy loosing money.
