Do not buy anything from WikiStore! I ordered something and quickly realized (like 30seconds after pressing the “complete order” button) that it was not what I needed. I looked for a cancel order button and couldn’t find anything. So I quickly wrote them an email and told them to cancel my order. They wrote me back and said they can cancel my order but would be charging me 20%!!! Omg I was so angry and I said “why?! You didn’t process anything! It wasn’t shipped out or even fulfilled!” And they said “that’s or policy, now tell me if you wannna pay the 20% for canceling or keep your order” I said cancel my order and I will never ever order from you again! So be warned!! They found a way to screw you in the fine print!

Purchased Roto Clipper for nails on Nov 8...promised delivery for Nov 22..just arrived Dec 4..paid $ 27.94 incl shipping..got same product on EBay for $4 and free shipping, and got it in 4 days. Will not buy from Wiki-store again..cost me $24 extra, but I learned my lesson...even Amazon had this item for $11 ...need to shop around on these products advertised on Facebook

Ordered Garlic press some weeks ago, was told in was in transit, supposedly stuck in Shanghai since November 6 and like other comments, they take no responsibility.
Scam, don't order anything from them, used Paypal, so hoping to get refund.

You can not return the items from wiki-store if you don't like it. The price is higher than Amazon. I bought a backpack but I could not return. Don't waste your time and money to get trash into your home.

Horrible company. No real customer service, just canned email responses. All product they sell can be found on eBay for 1/3 the price. Defintely a scam company.

I bought a backpack. It's so light, you can fit a 3 inch binder, and two books, it really does take off the weight. Everything seems great, good material

The Master of Painting product was to make it possible to paint a room in two hours--right! It fell apart the first time that I swiped it across the wall. It was flimsy and completely useless. When I asked to return it, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping back to China or accept half of what I paid for the product as a refund. Unacceptable!

They suck

Over and over all they come up with is excuses. One order, returning the item unopened. Last order. I don't need this negativity in my life.

I wouldn't give them a star, but no choice.

I purchased an All-in-one-Opener. What a load of rubbish and a horrible waste of $20AUD. The only thing it does is perhaps open a screw-on wine bottle top. It is too thick for use on zip-top cans or for jar lids. This company is definitely out to rort you. Another lesson in -- research reviews before ANY online purchase.

I ordered a travel pillow from Wiki Store and it is a piece of crap. To make matters worse, when you try and return it for a refund, it would cost over $100. The return would need to go back to Vietnam. The customer service was very poor.

This company is a scam.

The Wanderlust Map I ordered was received from China poorly packaged and damaged over 2 weeks after order. They simply wrapped a paper map in one layer of bubble wrap and tape so obviously it was creased, frayed and completely useless. The pictures and descriptions of the item were purposefully vague and the item didn't come with everything a reasonable person would think. More over they removed the item from their store already so it's hard to prove. They won't give a refund unless I pay for shipping back to their return center in Vietnam.

If I could put a negative number I would. Item was ordered May 22, still haven't received it (6/13). Scam.

I ordered two of the CarRier’s and they arrived completely crushed. They were not properly packaged in a box, just a plastic bag. They charged me $10.95 for this shipping. You can only contact them through email and you get a canned response from someone named Jami. I wrote to them more than once and got the same reply from the same person each time. There’s no way to escalate your complaint past Jami. Jami blamed everything on the shipping company and wanted to give me 50% off my next order. As if I’d order from them again. They also offered me a 10% refund off my product’s value. Still not helping me with my crushed items that I bought as gifts.

Do not order anything from this company.
If you have any issues including not getting the products there is no address or phone number. There is an e-mail handled in who knows what country that gives a bit of information (not perfect english).
Don't waste your money.

Never again. Ordered a few items from them and they never arrived for Christmas. The tracking they gave me (which I can't even confirm was for my item as it has no end address) shows the items never even left China. The last tracking date is weeks ago and all I get is statements along the line of "we try to provide good service but it's not our fault and we wont follow it up for you with the freight company: you do it. Oh what, you can't? well we try to provide good service so just be patient and it'll get there, we're sure. What it hasn't moved in tracking for 2 weeks? Oh well that's fine just wait. Oh wait you're going to make a paypal complaint? No don't do that it's because we've had bad weather and your parcel is delayed. I'm sorry but I call BS. I've had parcels delivered from china over the same period of time with no "weather delays". As far as I can tell they're a scam and I won't be buying from them again.

i canceled it 2 minutes after i ordered.   the time it would take to get to me will not be here in time for Christmas.  They charge a 20% for cancelation. i will  never again will i order from this company.   i have never dealt with a company that charges you to cancel before you have done anything.   It was LITERALLY 2 minutes, it would be different if you had already shipped, etc.. they said they have to charge because of advertising rates...but im not responsible for paying their advertising. it would be different if i waited a day then canceled... but it was 2 minutes. i will tell everyone about this ridiculous company... and will never again purchase from them.

My wife ordered some items from this store and after ordering discovered the processing time was 2-4 days and shipping would be several weeks (after ordering). In most cases that might not be an issue, but it was in this case. I immediately emailed support and asked to cancel my order and give me a full refund. They said I could either be charged a 20% restocking fee or continue with my order. I said that was unacceptable (the order had just been placed 20 minutes ago) and tried to amicably resolve the issue with no response. On the fourth email to their support team I got a response saying I would get the refund (which I assumed was the full refund I spoke of in the email). I ended up getting the 20% fee taken anyway. Just stay away, its not worth the hassle if you have any issues at all and in my opinion. This store is unethical.
