The 1st warning with this 'company' is that they are NOT UK BASED. They are based in Hong Kong. This means that if you order from them, all of your UK consumer rights do not apply. The 2nd thing is that if you need to return an item (very likely if my experience is anything to go by) you have to return it to China AT YOUR EXPENSE.
In my case I ordered a specific pair of 'khaki hiking shoes'. 11 days later they finally arrived. Not only were they nothing like what I ordered they were a different size and far too big. Terrible quality and stinking of cheap plastic - as other reviewers have mentioned. I paid close to £65 for something that you could buy at a local market for £10 at the most. When I complained they offered me 20% refund if I kept the shoes or I had to return them to China - at my expense. I explained that I wouldn't be seen dead in these cheap and nasty shoes and that I wanted a full refund, and would ONLY return them to a UK address. If not I would proceed with a chargeback on my Card. This wasn't straightforward as on the order it just said "khaki hiking shoes" which is what I'd got. I was successful in the end though and got my money back. Are these people scammers? You can make your own minds up.

AVOID!!!!! This company operates out of CHINA, not Europe and will not pay for return postage. The item that arrived is not at all the item I ordered and is very bad quality. So now I am stuck with a £70 sleeping bag I can’t use when I thought I was getting something of quality, this business is DODGY. Big lesson learned. Do not trust all the 5* reviews.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM. THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED, AND IF YOU WANT TO REFUND, THE REFUND LOCATION IS ALL THE WAY IN CHINA WHICH WOULD COST 39% OF THE ITEM I PAID FOR IT! RIDICULUOUS. THEIR customer service IS A BOT, AND THE NUMBER ON THEIR SITE IS NOT AUTHENTIC. MY BANK WILL HOPEFULLY HELP ME DISPUTE THIS.

The boots they sent were nothing like the ones I ordered and were a little too small. The returns address is in China so the cost of returning them is very high and you have to pay the returns cost. I will not be buying any thing else from this site

Ordered a waterproof jacket from what I thought was a British based company. It isn't. I ordered a size medium & it's a small all day long. The goods come from China. It looks nothing like the jacket in the photo I ordered. Cheap quality. Not tried yet but I'm guessing it isn't waterproof either. Very misleading website. If you want to return anything it will cost you dearly because you'll have to send it back to. china. I paid £49 for this jacket & you can buy them on eBay for about £30. Avoid this company like the plague. I don't believe all the five star reviews either.

Ordered a heated scarf item for my mother in law. The instructions supplied were inadequate and the item faulty and of poor quality.Wild horizons are dragging their heels regarding a return and refund expecting us to return the item at our expense to China!.Wholly unacceptable and unsatisfactory.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY
I placed and then cancelled my order within 5 minutes - they refused to cancel it despite me telling them that went against the consumer contracts regulations.
Once I pointed out they were breaking the law, the ignored my email and dispatched the bag anyway - 6 hours after I cancelled it.
They are based in Hong Kong so seem to think they don’t need to abide by UK law.
The product I bought was available for less money on numerous other websites (two others that I have seen).
The reviews on their website are doctored - there is one which includes a photo of a huge rip across the top of the bag but is rated 5* and only positive.
Bad experience all round, don’t trust them.

Goods arrived later than promised
Sizing is poor (ordered Medium, sent large - sizing done on Chinese market - still too small
Trying to return but Customer Services ignoring me - from other reviews now find apparently all returns go to China at my expense

Orderd a pair of walking shoes and they sent the wrong size! I didn’t realise at the time of ordering but the shoes come from china. When I requested a refund they said that first I had to send the shoes back to china at my expense, even though they sent the wrong size. On there website it does say free shipping and returns. This is not true!
As far as the shoes are concerned the quality is not good, they are not vibram soles as advertised and they smell very toxic! I do not recommend you purchase anything from this company.

Scammers, If you check and look at the Averaged of the 5 Stars to 1 Stars of the overall of Reviews of this company and its Sister company Savage Evasion is less than 0.4 of a Stars (SO DONT USE THEM SCAMMERS)

Do not trust them thieving scumbags no goods take your money

It’s a zero star review. I ordered what I thought were a pair of Men’s Merrell walking shoe size UK9 which I would receive within days. I received the poorest quality fake walking shoe size 8.5 which stank of rubber. They took 2.5-3 weeks to arrive and I paid £64.80 for them.
They are nothing like the picture, they were not worth the money. I received them from a Uk address and I made contact to return them and was told o had to return them to China at a min cost of £45.
I challenged and contacted them so many times but they insisted I returned them to China.
So I contacted my bank as I’d paid by credit card and explained the whole story and said they were a scam. I got my money refunded.
I would never buy from them again.
They are clever because I Goggled Mens Merrells walking shoe size 9 and they came up 2nd on the list, that clever algorithm.
I advise that you DO NOT BUY from them.

My dad bought a pair of walking shoes - it was the wrong size and wrong make . You are telling him to return the goods to china at his own expense
He bought the shoes from you. You are responsible for managing this .

Do not use this website. Order has not arrived and says it has been delivered.

I ordered the folding , light weight , trekking poles. Very nice and Arrived well packed. But the poles are complicated to put together so I abandoned trying to work out the instructions in English. I Have to return the poles to China for a refund, at my own expense.

Increasingly, companies selling in UK require overseas returns. I will be more careful to check this and not buy anything that asks for that .

Scammers do not use. This is not a UK based company and the phone number on the website is fake. I ordered hiking boots at cost of £65 thinking they were coming from the UK, they took a couple of weeks to arrive and did not bear any resemblance to the ones ordered, different make, far inferior quality and to make matters worse a size smaller than what I'd ordered. Looks like a very budget footwear. No box, just arrived in a flimsy plastic postal bag. Have contacted my bank to raise a dispute so hoping they will help in recovering costs. Do not use

It’s a scam! Avoid it

Scam. Abysmal service. Boots finally arrived unboxed, unlabelled, cheap nasty shoes and 3 sizes smaller than ordered. A waste of £65. Not even a reply from them aftercemailing 3 times. Disgraceful. Reporting to Trading Standards. The good reviews must be fake. Makes me sick people get away with this! Goung to do everything I can to expose the crooks.

Please do not buy from this store the product sent was completely different from the photo or picture on there website.
When trying to return they have no proper returns policy and they expect it to be done at your cost.

At no time did they offer to send the correct item as advertised which i can only assume they are advertising things they don’t stock or make.

Wish i had read reviews before ordering over priced undersized stuff thays been shipped from ali express. I spent £74 when the exact same thing is on ali express for less than £26!
Recieved large but seemed like xs. Returning this item to their so called logistics company based in china has cost me £26.55!
