I agreed to open a store with Wildecom back in November 2025. There were issues from the start and they never even launched any marketing campaigns. They kept telling me that they were not getting the traction they hoped for and didn’t want to waste my money on ads. Fast forwards several months and still nothing. I gave them so many chances and opportunities to make it right, but they stopped responding. They denied my request for a refund and have completely ghosted me. If I could leave negative stars, I would leave as many as I could. This is a rare occasion where I would tell you to run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

I signed up with wildecom in October 2025. It’s now May 2026 and my business still has not launched. The communication is horrific and I was promised a refund if I didn’t launch on May 17, 2026 and still have not rcvd not have gotten any follow ups. If you don’t want to be robbed blindly do NOT do business with this company. They are HORRIFIC!!

Since November 2025, I engaged their services to build, manage and market a store for me. The initial issue arose when I received a legal copyright notice from Shopify, indicating that content on my store was plagiarized from another site. Although they attempted to address the problem, the store was never launched, and they requested additional payment before proceeding. Due to concerns about trust and potential legal complications, I insisted they launch the store first to ensure compliance before I paid the remaining balance. Despite their assurances to resolve the matter, there has been no progress to date. I am seeking reimbursement for the funds I invested so that I can move forward. Based on my experience, I advise caution when considering their services, as I am uncertain of their reputation.

Wildecom proved me wrong>> They built store plus they explained how the dropshipping works. Now they are managing everything very smoothly. All I do is check in to see the sales coming in.

The team at wildecom helped set up my shopify store quickly and did a great job. They paid attention to the small things, kept me in the loop, and gave me plenty of time to make decisions. It all felt easy, and I am happy with how it turned out.

I didn't even know what Shopify really was when I started. I just wanted to make some money online but had no clue how. Wildecom literally built my whole store while i watched. They explained things step by step and made it simple for me to understand. Now I own a real business.

I'm big on visuals, so i was worried the store might look basic. But the design Wildecom delivered blew me away. It looks like a high end brand website. The colors, layout, and flow.... everything fits perfectly. My friends keep asking who designed it.
