Je me suis inscrit sur ce site en déposant 40e. Je n'ai absolument pas reçu mon bonus de bienvenue comme indiqué normalement dans leur offre. J'ai joué pendant plusieurs heures jusqu'à gagné 134e. Je décide donc d'effectuer un retrait. Mais cela m'est impossible. On me demande alors d'effectuer un nouveau dépot pour que mon moyen de dépot soit le meme que mon retrait. Finalement le dépot est fait mais la situation ne se débloque pas. Le service client est géré par des bot incompétent. Je pense simplement que le retrait fonctionne lorsque vous etes en perte vis à vis d'eux. À fuir !
Je conseille aux gens de ne jamais fréquenter ce casino immonde.

Again another dissapointment
Again another dissapointment. This site is built up around earning rewards in form of coins, you can buy free money bonuses, freespins etc with these coins. I had saved up 185 coins to buy the 230kr free money bonus. When i tried to buy it, it didnt work, i contact live support, they said the administration of the site have blocked me from recieving any bonuses.. so sad.

Withdrawal cancellation after reply
I wrote a review on here that my withdrawal wasn't completed and had not moved from the beginning stage after a month. I got my reply today only to see that they processed one withdrawal and cancelled the other one. Even after a month, the casino did not give me any reason why they cancelled my withdrawal and have made me start the withdrawal process again. This hassle has been too long and is completely frustrating.

I requested a withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal from Wildsino on June 29, 2025, and to this day (over 15 days later), I have still not received my funds.
Their website says withdrawals take 3–5 business days, but this is clearly false. Support replies with nothing but copy-paste messages, no real answers, and no confirmed date.
I followed up multiple times via chat and email — all I got was “we’re working on it.” No escalation, no accountability.
This is not acceptable behavior from any legitimate platform.
I have filed a complaint with the UAE Gaming Authority (GCGRA) and will proceed with further action if my money is not returned.
Be very careful with this site. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use it.
